Lyles Golden Syrup (454g) is delicious sugar syrup made by the evaporation of cane sugar juice. Golden Syrup is a favorite with chefs all over the world because of the sweet buttery flavor it adds to foods that improves the flavor of everything from pancakes to pecan pie. Lyles Golden Syrup has a sweet taste but it doesn't give your food a sickly sweet flavor. It comes in an easy to store tin and is a gluten-free, Kosher and a vegan product. Open the tin and you will find a beautiful golden colored thick syrup made of partially inverted sugar. It only has a light smell, similar to honey. Lyles Golden Syrup is very versatile and can be added to a variety of foods. Pour it over breakfast cereals, make tarts or add to rice puddings or trifles. Spread it over bread or pour over ice cream. You can even add Golden Syrup to curries or other savory dishes, the possibilities are endless!

Received this product damaged—it appears to have leaked in the box. Syrup is on the rim of the can underneath the plastic safety seal with drops elsewear and some black syrup spots inside the shipping box. I am just trying to get a refund for this damaged product but was unable to request the refund through My Orders due to a “not eligible” message no matter what route or listed steps I took. Please contact me to get my refund started. Thank you!

The unique flavor enhances baked goods. A friend tried Karo in Anzac biscuits and it was a flop. Nothing matches Tate & Lyle Golden Syrup.
Good for cream caramel
Used it reduced in heavy cream for a caramel. Much superior knowledge flavor compared to corn syrup

Kenn den Sirup wenigstens schon 30 Jahre. Bekam ihn aus England mitgebracht. Schmeck nach mehr. Gut aufs Brot oder Waffeln. Nur durch den Brexit sehr teuer. Aber zu empfehlen. Geschmack ist einzigartig

Great to use in fruit cake recipes
I have used Tate & Lyle Golden syrup for as long as I can remember for baking. It is great for Christmas fruit cake, puddings etc., and I find it is thicker and has a better taste than many brands.
