Over more than 40 years of hair frustration, I have tried just about every anti-frizz product on the market. I even spent years getting expensive Brazilian blow out treatments. I never found anything off the shelf that was nearly as good, until this product. To get the full effect, it takes a little effort to dry in sections etc, especially the first time. It is worth the effort the result for me was smooth hair that was fairly humidity resistant outside. The effect also carries over to at least a second shampoo. In that case, I just added a little bit more spray and dried it again and it stayed smooth. Having used it for a few weeks now, I can say it has definitely made my hair more manageable.

The media could not be loaded. My daughter has 3b-3c curly hair. Her curls form beautiful spirals and are very bouncy. I recently straightened her hair for her after she requested it and her hair didn’t last a day. It was already reverting back to curly the same night and she was so disappointed. I remembered we had this product and used it previously with great success so I convinced her to try again and this time she was over the moon. Her hair was silky smooth and so shiny. I could barely get it to wrap to put it in the bonnet at night for bedtime because of how silky her hair was. I included a video of how shiny the product made her hair. We don’t get these results without color wow. I love that it has heat protectant in it so I don’t have to add any other products to her hair and it stays clean and flows beautifully once we are done. I use a pea sized amount of biosilk serum on her ends to protect them but that’s it. No touch ups, no extra heat throughout the week. It literally looks like a silk press from a salon even though I used a regular straightener. The product is heat activated so you have to heat style. You also must apply it liberally but it doesn’t leave residue or make the hair sticky or greasy like some heat protectants do. I will forever recommend and use this product and the formula as it is now.Update: We have continued to use this product with great success! It still gives the best results over any other brand out there and it seals out humidity that causes hair to revert back to curly after the flat iron. I noticed some reviews mentioning a burnt smell, not so smooth results or a sticky feeling after using the product. This happens when the hair is not completely clean. Product build up is a thing. Shampoo more than once and use a clarifying shampoo prior to using this because it’s all you need. No oils, no leave-ins, no serums prior to color wow and styling. You can add oil or a serum after you are done not before and you’ll get the amazing results you’re looking for. Also, apply liberally means EXACTLY that! Apply it everywhere and not sparingly. I typically towel dry to 50%, detangle, section, and apply the product to nearly 80% just shy of dripping then go in with the blow dryer and a round brush under tension. Once it’s completely dry I pass through each section again with a flat iron on medium-high heat two or three times. This product has heat protectant in it and it’s heat activated you MUST use heat. If you aren’t getting silky smooth, shiny, full of body hair you probably aren’t using the product correctly or you need to get help during the styling so you can keep tension on your hair during the drying process. My daughter’s hair stays shiny and moves freely like a salon silk press for a week before it starts to get greasy from her natural oils from her scalp. We wrap it at night and that’s it. I never have to touch up before it’s time to wash it. Hopefully, this helps troubleshoot.If it’s sticky, shampoo until there’s absolutely nothing on your scalp or hair and only apply color wow.If it’s not smooth, keep tension on your round brush while blow drying.If it smells burnt, that’s your hair. Apply it liberally (meaning drown it) it’s a heat protectant you need that to keep your hair from burning.

I got this during the Black Friday sales bc it is a little pricey for something I hadn’t tried and didn’t know if it would work.For reference, I have very curly hair that is fine and super dense, like I have a *ton* of hair. I’m mixed (black and white). Usually I wear it straight (although now I’m seriously considering getting the curly version) because I struggle to get my curls looking sleek and refined.Anyway, normally I add a few products like argan oil and leave in conditioner, wait for my hair to air dry partway, and then blow dry with the revlon blow dryer round brush thing (highly recommend that too btw). Then I follow up with my babyliss flat iron. Normally the blow out gives me the body and shape I want but it’s still a bit frizzier than I’d like, so I have to follow up with the flat iron, but that kills the beautiful bouncy blow out shape even if I add in waves. They fall within 20 mins. Idk. Then I finish with an ogx dry oil or the chi shine spray.This changed the whole game. You definitely need to saturate the hair with it. Like make sure your hair is wet with it. Comb it through to make sure it’s fully and evenly distributed. Then dry. It’s super weird for me (and I imagine most people) to blow dry soaking wet hair, and I’d normally never do that, but this somehow speeds up the dry time.I was able to achieve the silky smooth finish I get with my flat iron while maintaining the body from my blow out. I didn’t need to use the flat iron at all. You CAN use it to enhance the anti frizz effects - and I considered doing that - but I loved how it came out without using it. I finished with the chi shine spray which I probably didn’t even really need as it was already so shiny and sleek anyway. This is like what I get from a salon blow out. Pic attached.As for scent it doesn’t really smell like anything. But this stuff works if used correctly.

I was pleasantly surprised by this product. After using it as directed, my hair felt noticeably softer, appeared shinier, and had significantly less frizz. It has no fragrance or color, which I appreciated, as it didn’t interfere with my other hair products. However, for the price, I do wish it contained a larger amount of product. Overall, it delivered great results and left my hair looking healthier.

I spray liberally on wet hair that I section. Then use a large round brush to blow dry each section. It is almost like a professional blow out, and leaves my hair bouncy, straight and silky. Then I use velcro rollers. I am trying to stay away from curling iron and flat iron to get my hair healthier. This works for me and I will keep using.

I loved it, my blow outs look so much better and with no frizz at all. If you want to invest in a good hair product this is it!

Cuando llegó el producto estaba dudosa, porque venía en una caja blanca y me dio miedo que tal vez no fuera original, el producto parecía agua y tampoco tenía olor. Sin embargo cuando me lo puse SÍ funcionó, Dividí mi cabello , aplique una cantidad generosa y lo sequé con secadora y me lo alació bastante bien. Mi cabello es ondulado y delgado, pero aún asi cumplió su función perfectamente, y me lo dejó suavecito. Sin duda lo volveré a comprar. :)
