The info that came with the iron says if you need an extension cord be sure to use at least a 15 amp or it may overheat. They weren’t kidding. Ended up having to buy a major appliance cord ($$), so my inexpensive iron that I LOVE cost about twice the amount.All that said, this is a great little iron; lightweight, heats quickly, nice pointy tip for fine details. Hope it lasts as long as my last Black&Decker.

Very easy to use compact design. I love the black and decker brand so it was a no-brainer to get this iron. I’ve used it once since I purchased it and it’s perfect for me. I love how lightweight it is and the stain works great for me. I had no leaking water. My four-star review is because I actually thought I read in description that this model was for the retractable cord. However the cord does not retract, which is fine since it toggles out of the way easily.

Not the best in terms of quality. But so far doing the job nicely.Heats up quickly in about 2-3 minutes, steam is consistent. Almost no water drip (only one during my last use). Manouvrability good. Overall a good purchase.
Super lightweight, working well, no dripping
This is a super lightweight and compact iron with good gliding surface. It works well, no dripping so far, I find the cable to be long enough. It is compact, but the water tank is enough for about 10 minutes of ironing at full power without need for refill. Iron is only 1200 W, not 2000 W as stated here. I bought this IR06V variant for 40 CAD and preferred it over buying the cheaper one IR06VC sold for 25 CAD just because I thought it was 2000 W. I wonder what the difference between IR06V and IR06VC is. When used at maximum power the iron turns on every 15-20s when in use, which is a bit unusual. Anyways I use it for daily quick (max 5 minutes) ironing at full power and so far no issues with it. I might write an update later. And for those that might be concerned, I also had water droplets inside the tank, but this should be not something one should be worried about. It is actually a proof that this item was tested for quality.EDIT: After nearly a year it is still going strong and there is no dripping. Very good product, I cn recommend.

It is what it should be, for the money, but it is 1200W, NOT 2000W
It works as expected. It it holds for 2-3 years, then it's worth it. The only problem I have is that the description on Bolo says clearly "2000W", which was a factor when I bought it, only to find out it's only 1200W. It would have been a 5 star for a 1200W iron. The seller should change the description and stop deceiving customers.
