5.0 out of 5 stars A little goes a long way
This is the 3rd tube of First Aid Cream I've gotten. I have used it when I have scratched my skin open (thin skin). It heals those skin tears usually within less than a week and no scars either.I also have used it as a skin cream on dry skin. It does an awesome job at restoring the moisture and making my skin softer. As to the comments al little goes a long way. You really don't need but a tiny bit if using it with a bandage for an injury. If you are going to rub it on as an ointment on an area of your skin. A very small amount will go quite a ways. Yes, as some have stated it will take a minute or so to massage into your skin, but the results are worth it.
5.0 out of 5 stars Works great
Applied to my open wound, and it scabbed over to heal
4.0 out of 5 stars This is great for contact dermatitis but the tube is small
I wish it was a bigger tube. However, this stuff is great for my sensitive skin. I get rashes easily, from the chemicals in products. Recently, I got some frustrating patches from the lotions and scrubs used at a nail spa. This stuff helped clear it up and I needed way less steroid. It’s also great for the skin, in general it seems. I kinda wish I could just use it at a lotion but that would be expensive
5.0 out of 5 stars Good buy! Not sticky, didn’t irritate skin
The media could not be loaded. First time trying this product, price is reasonable, love the ingredients (I’m a LABEL conscious mom) I have very dry skin and most moisturizers either irritate my skin or looks very greasy. This product did neither of those and I’m very pleased. Also don’t have a strong smell; which helps because I don’t wanna keep smelling the product.
3.0 out of 5 stars Despite rigorous rubbing very slow absorption and disappointing results: Unhappy experience
Rating this product is a bit of a puzzle for me. I purchased it for a family member dealing with eczema on their T-Zone. However, applying it was an exercise in frustration. The absorption process was painstakingly slow, requiring several minutes of vigorous rubbing before any noticeable effect. It felt like no matter how much she rubbed, the cream just wouldn't sink in; it was almost as if more kept appearing as she worked it into her skin. By day's end, she complained of a tight, dry sensation in the treated area. Even after overnight use, dryness persisted, casting doubt on the product's efficacy.Despite its higher price tag, I was hopeful about its "natural" credentials, particularly with Manuka honey as an ingredient. Yet, it failed to deliver. In comparison, another cream I had purchased, primarily for the eye area, yielded superior results. It absorbed swiftly, was not as thick as this product, and boasted a more appealing scent. Most importantly, it didn't require excessive tugging at the skin during application; the experience was smooth and silky.I won't buy this product again. It simply didn't deliver the desired results, and the application process left much to be desired.
5.0 out of 5 stars Works well and quickly
for dry skin spots and to heal skin. Wouldn’t be without it in the house. Not wild about the scent, but can live with it for the performance.
5.0 out of 5 stars If you have perioral or periorbital dermatitis GET THIS!!
I have been battling perioral dermatitis since mid-January this year. I did not know that it was a form of dermatitis until early March and because it was the first time I've ever had it, I had no idea how to treat it. I did some research and found that no one really knows why it happens, but found articles from people who had tried everything under the sun until they wound what worked, and every one of those stories ended in the person purchasing this First Honey Skin Treatment Cream. No joke, I received it and used it for the first time on April 19th on some very angry looking spots where the tiny pustules were forming and today (April 21) all of the spots are 85% gone/healed. This stuff smells nice, though it is a bit sticky. If you rub a bit on the blemishes and it will turn white - just pat it in on those areas and it will turn clear and soak in. I use it twice a day, but you can use it as much as you need without using too much. It has a light honey scent and a slight minty tingle. I had to put it just on the inside of my nostrils, as the dermatitis was trying to creep in there, too, and it smelled like white chocolate peppermint bark! Love this stuff!
