Sound quality is terrific. Clear, no static, easy to use, fast charge. Tells you when on or is disconnected. Had plantronics explorer 500 for years but cannot find anymore so tried 2 others (more expensive) from Bolo. One had a long boom/mic didn’t like, other had terrible background static. Can’t believe this New Bee has great sound and is exactly what I was looking for was only $16.99! Bought another one for my daughter.

Bought this basically because I was intrigued at the price. I also wanted something I could use for listening on my iPad and as a phone backup for my aging Plantronics Edge. It is no frills. No connecting to your contacts to let you know who is calling. The voice/sound clarity is surprisingly good, and the battery life exceeded my expectations. Fits comfortably in ear with just the pre installed ear piece. Pairs to devices seamlessly. The one thing that’s a little annoying is that the on-off voice reporting on my unit is a little loud, but not a deal breaker. Called my brother and he said he could hear me just fine. Sound is great on my iPad too. Time will tell if it holds up. Don’t expect it to perform or function like something costing $100 or more. But for $16 it’s a good, basic Bluetooth for that money, and maybe a little bit better. Not sorry at all for purchasing it. It’s a 5 Star $16 Bluetooth.

I've had two or three of these headsets so far, and I've been mostly pleased with them. I use mine mainly for phone calls and for quick connections to my laptop when I don't want it to play sound through its own speakers. For that it works well. Battery life is very, very good, and it charges quickly when it finally does run down. I also like the swiveling ear hook; it keeps the device very secure on my ear, yet it folds down easily so I can put the device in my pocket when I'm not using it, and the plastic has been very durable - no worries about the ear hook breaking off, which used to happen easily on previous headsets from Plantronic. Sound quality in my ear is decent but certainly not hi-fi, and callers on the other end say the sound quality is acceptable as well.My only real complaint is that two of these units eventually just stopped working, for no apparent reason. To their credit, though, when I contacted the company via Bolo, they sent a no-charge replacement both times.So, bottom line: If you're looking for stunning sound quality and/or every possible feature, this headset probably isn't for you. But if you're looking for a good, serviceable unit for phone calls and occasional other use, with a company that stands behind their product, you'll probably be perfectly happy with this one.

I like itPaired easily with my phone, I've had issues in the past with various Bluetooth products and my first reaction is wonder if it will connect. No problem at allSounded a little flat when the first call came in, realized it was a too loud and adjusted the volume, now very clear.Came 100% charged and a few hours later, it's still at 100% (I get calls, not a lot of like my best friend).My ears will have to get used to it, they are a little sore, but that always happens with new in ear phones.Going to order one for my wife

This is my third bluetooth headset in the past year or so. I had a $30 Conambo that had excellent sound quality but had some problems switching between voice rooms on discord. Unfortunately it developed some problem while charging after a year or so and it melted the USB connector onto my charging cable one day while it was plugged in. I guess I know why they don't let you talk on these while they are charging! I then went downscale and tried a $10 Yuwiss headset that ended up being a total mess. So I went back up a bit in price to try out this New Bee headset.Background: I use my headset paired with both my phone and my computer. On the phone I use it for calling and listening to podcasts while walking outside. On the computer I use it for Discord for chatting while gaming. Being able to pair to both devices is critical along with at least 4 hours of battery life and comfort.THE GOOD:* I like the design that hangs in my ear and doesn't require a piece going over the ear. This makes it more comfortable to wear with sunglasses. It stays in my ear well enough for walking and general yard work. I don't know if it would stay in place for running without an ear hook, though.* The battery seems to last a long time. I haven't run it out yet* When I switch rooms in discord I don't have to re-select the headset to get it to work. For some reason with the Conambo I did have to do that which was really annoying.* Wind doesn't create noise through the earpiece when listening to audio outside. I can't comment on whether that behavior changes if you are on a call and using the microphone. The active noise cancelling on some other headsets gets confused by wind noise and amplifies it and plays it back in your ear. Thankfully this headset does not!* Almost no sound dropouts when walking with my phone in my pocket. Other headsets have problems with this situation (static electricity causing problems with the antennas?). This connection has very few interruptions.* Sound quality is acceptable. It isn't as good as the Conambo, but is far better than the Yuwiss.THE BAD:* If I turn the headset on in range of my computer it pairs with both my phone and computer. As soon as I walk out of range of my computer it says "disconnected" which is fine, but it continues to say "disconnected" EVERY 10 SECONDS! I have to turn the headset off and then back on and re-pair with just my phone to get it to stop saying that. I almost returned this headset over this issue, but have instead decided to just live with it.* Pairing is sometimes flaky. No inexpensive headset seems to have worked out how to handle pairing to two devices simultaneously so that it works perfectly every time. I have some very expensive Sony noise cancelling headphones that can do this properly so that it works every time, so I know this is technically feasible, but that technology has trickled down to the inexpensive chipsets yet. So I am resigned to powering on and off a few times on occasion and messing with pairing on phone or computer to get it to work again.* The on/off slider is small and hard to work* No mute button, but then every inexpensive headset I have had with a mute button never worked properly with it in any app, so I guess I'm not missing much here.CONCLUSION:This is not the perfect headset for me, but I have decided it is good enough to meet my needs for now and I can live with the short comings.

I wanted to wait before writing a review on this. I am headed for about a year now. I never worry about the battery. And I use it from early morning till evening. And not once as I never gave me a warning of a battery low. The volume is good it just never lets me know when I'm changing the volume or if it's high or low. But that's okay. It has a pretty good range. And it fits comfortably in my ear. Now I've got another newbee that is not at all comfortable in my ear. I could use the Bluetooth in my car. But I do not like my passengers hearing some of my conversations. I would buy another one if the need arises. I am thinking about getting one for my daughter-in-law. At least it's not so expensive that when she loses it and she will. But I love my little best friend.

O fone é maravilhoso, bom alcance, som excelente. O que não é bom é a alça pra colocar na orelha. Fica machucando e puxa a orelha pra frente. Dei de presente ao meu marido e ele não conseguiu usar. Eu tenho um e uso muito bem, mas acho que deveria ter outros formatos de alças porque as orelhas são diferentes. Gostaria de saber se tem como adquirir uma alça que ele possa usar.
