I have used Sleep Fairy off & on for 3 years or so. When I feel the need, this is my 'go to' product.I would recommend starting with 1 pill for a few nights, to see how your body responds. I have never had stomach issues as some report. I eat very healthy, so perhaps that helps. I am never groggy the next morning. If I wake up in the middle of the night, I go right back to sleep. I love the herbal ingredients. I don't think you will regret giving Sleep Fairy a try. She will be your best friend during those times of added stress.

Just finished my first bottle of Sleep Fairy and am loving it.I had been using Unisom (doxylamine succinate) ever since I was pregnant with my daughter. I started taking it for morning sickness and loved how easy it was to sleep when taking it. For the last 9 years I’ve relied on it to sleep and became very dependent on it. The problem is that it’s only supposed to be used temporarily, has a drowsy hangover in the morning and long term use of sleep aids has the possibility of exacerbating Alzheimer’s (which my grandfather and great grandmother, his mom, died of).Problem was, I could not sleep without Unisom and every time I tried, my days were ruined from lack of sleep. I decided last month that I had to stop the Unisom, I had to try something. Just melatonin didn’t help much, if I added magnesium, a little bit better but still not great.I have a lot of friends that recommended THC edibles for sleep, but I don’t love the feeling of THC high and as a mom, I want to be able to wake up and be functional if I need to in the middle of the night.Sleep Fairy is working so well!!! I start to feel drowsy about 30 minutes after I take it and drop off easily and when I wake at night, I fall back asleep without much trouble. It’s a life saver! Something about all the calming ingredients is really working. I feel like I’m throwing everything but the kitchen sink (in a natural way) at the problem and one of the ingredients at least is working, probably all of them together. I decided to try Sleep Fairy because it had Melatonin, Valerian, 5HTP, Magnesium, L-Theanine and GABA all in one. I’ve bought all of those separately in the past but taking 6 pills at night- no thanks. Sleep Fairy is working perfectly and I only have to buy one product. Plus I LOVE the name!!! Highly recommend!

As someone who has both trouble falling asleep and staying asleep, I will say that these pills are decent. Theres nothing that helps me sleep without making me feel like garbage the whole next dayI will say at first I didn't think these did much. I took the two. Waited and waited and had noticed only a slight tired feeling. But not enough to make me sleep. I did this a few times. And some days I think they helped me fall asleep but I'd still be up an hour to 2 hours later .Then i started taking 2 doses (4 pills) the bottle recommends 2 pills and for me that didnt do much. But taking 4. Now this is where i started seeing resultsTaking 2 doses definitely made me tired enough that I would pass out. But these don't exactly help me sleep longer. I still find myself waking up every 2 hours or so. They do take a minute, for me at least, to kick in. Roughly an hour and a half.However. My quality of sleep is much deeper. Feels a little more restful. And I can fall asleep a little easier after waking up. When normally once I wake up its a battle (that I normally lose) to go back to sleep.They don't give that horrible next day feeling either. When I first wake up I do feel a bit groggy, but that's mostly due to the fact that I sleep in 1-3 hour chunks but once I'm up and moving I can't even tell that I had taken something the night before.3 stars because I still don't sleep long and even sometimes with taking 4 pills I don't fall asleep real easily. But I can say for certain I sleep much deeper with these and it feels really good. Biggest plus is they don't have you feeling like you got hit by a train the next day. Which is hard to find even in natural sleeping pills.I do recommend these. I think for most they will help. Especially if you double up the dose. But everyone's body is different. I don't take them every day (maybe every other to every 2 days) I think they are worth a shot.UPDATE:While I had no issues with my product, I was still reached out to by the company because I didnt' have the best results with the product as others. Moving up to 4 stars because you just don't get customer service like this anymore. They genuinely want people to be satisfied with their product and while I was not completely dissatisfied the fact that the reached out and offered solutions to help make me satisfied goes a long way. Amazing company just for that :)

I really feel like this helps me sleep. It makes me feel drowsy about 20 - 30 minutes after I take it, and I fall asleep pretty easily after. It also seems to help me stay asleep pretty well - I do wake up to pee at night, but I fall asleep easily after the fact.

I thought this would help me sleep better. It did do that but the effect lasted into the next day when I took two. The next time I took only one, but also was mentally impaired...just could not think clearly. Also, this product cannot be returned so if you don't like it you will not get your money back.I would not recommend this product.
