Great but like all nuts you get inconsitant batches . this company is still my favorite , i think all companies have this issue with nuts , so many different , reasons they could be different , but all batches were still good enough ,warning .....dont eat this the day before a fast , they will be like sand paper on the booty ,,,,,,chew very finely if you do .
