I absolutely love these. Like tongs and spachula both in one! They make cooking a lot easier. I use mine a lot! It's pretty cool that it comes with two. I've never used the littler one yet. Maybe at Thankgiving or other big feast. As it is, I've only needed the larger one and it's great! Made of excellent quality, too.

The tongs are nice at good for clamping and flipping the food. However, on the small tong the counter balance feature does not work. It always forces the tongs down into the counter, not up like intended. Whenever you set it down, the spatula side tip down onto the counter.

Handy tong option
I bought these because of the Fish Spatula factor & figured they could be used for other things as well. Well, they can be and we sure do. Having the flat spatula shape has proven to be better to use for burgers pikelets, steaks .... anything you'd need usual tongs for. So these I recommend in a naosecond.
