Nice little spreader knives. Be aware though that these do have a sharp edge which is nice for cutting hard cheese but not necessarily needed for soft spreads like cream cheese or hummus, peanut butter etc. like the feel in my hand. I own a similar set of spreader knives made by Oneida that have dull edges. Glad to have both so I can decide which to use depending on whether I’m using for soft spreadable cheese or hard cheese.
