    I have been looking for a replacement for the diced mixed veg Hillsboro Farms no longer makes. I tried to get used to Auguson's but it was really yuck. This is a very good replacement even tho the cost is too high.

    I add dehydrated veggies to ramen noodles when I have it for lunch.I tried two other brands before this one, and this brand is clearly superior in flavor, and seems to have more ‘bulk’, as it were.To make use easier, I poured about half a pound into a large mouthed jar, then use it out of that, and store the bag.

    This is great to add to soups and salads.And if you want to dry can soup for prepping.Just add a few tbl. Spoons to a quart jar of rice or noodles.
