5.0 out of 5 stars Great bag for the gym, with room for my pickleball paddle and sneakers.
I purchased the Medium (20") red bag, and overall I'm very happy with it. For those who commented about durability issues with either the straps, seams, or zippers: you get what you pay for, and I'd say you get quite a bit with this bag and for the money it's very durable; that said, it's a $29 bag (you could pay a whole lot more)… be good to it, don't over-fill it and stress the seems/zippers and I think it will last you a good long time.Pros:* Looks stylish* Durable, solid zippers and seams* Wet compartment is really nice for your wet towel and clothes* Plenty of compartments and room for two water bottles is nice* BIG opening is nice for getting all your stuff in and outCons:* On the bigger side; need to scrunch it in my locker (I'm OK with that, but you might want the 15" version if you're dealing with a small locker)* I use the shoulder strap for carrying and there doesn't seem to be a great way to manage the other (2) straps for carrying by hand. One tucks away nicely, but the other one is kind of a nuisance if you don't use it (minor gripe). Tempted to just cut them off.
5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Gym Bag
This is the perfect size for me. Great functional design and nicely made. Zippers zip easily and clasps, although mostly plastic, seem sturdy. I use it for water aerobics and lap swimming. It has a large plastic section for wet items and many nice-sized pockets to store a variety of items, including flipflops/water-shoes on the outside of the bag. Best of all my aqua belt fits in the main section and the great large opening lid design makes it easy to get in an out of the bag. It holds 2 large beach towels, a large cosmetic/toiletry bag, some dry changes of clothes PLUS the aquabelt and still could stash more if I needed. There are 2 zippered pockets on the front, and one on the inside of the bag, plus a large unzipped pocket in the back that has a velcro closure in the center. Each end of the bag has divided mesh pockets. It also has a keyfob type of clasp on the front inside of the bag that I use for a small lock. I used to lug around a bag much bigger to fit the aquajogger belt, but the extra large lid allows be to have everything I need in a much smaller and manageable gym bag. I love it and highly recommend it.
5.0 out of 5 stars Best gym bag I’ve owned
It’s great quality. Large enough to be an over the weekend bag too. Good carry on. Plenty of extra pockets. Shoe portion is perfect for dirty clothes too!
4.0 out of 5 stars The perfect “I just want a decent bag without breaking the bank”
I’m writing this end of August ‘24 & bought mine in September of ‘22 for context. I’m no physical specimen/meathead, just your average joe. I settled on this bag because I didn’t want to pay the high sticker price for a Kong or Haven Athletic gym bag (both are awesome but pricey)This is not the highest quality bag & it’s not the worst quality bag. A good mix of bothI used to use this when my wife & I went to our CrossFit gym in another state after work. It had enough space to store my jump rope, heavy lifting belt, hand wraps, wallet/phone, gym clothes to change into, the small variation of the chirp wheel & a water bottle (plus all the small things I needed once in the front pockets). Before I started using this bag I was using a big beefy under armor duffle that I had got in ‘09 as a gift (thing’s a tank but HUGE). It forced me to pack less but I still had my big things. If it doesn’t fit in here, probably just gonna need to look at your workout & swap some things out or you can bust the seams over time (like I did)We moved out of state & I went back to traditional strength training. The gym is much closer & I don’t need to commuter pack my bag anymore with a change of clothes. Sometimes when I would do Olympic lifting I’d carry around my duffle to each station in the gym with my belt, chalk, wrist straps, etc. (probably added some wear & tear). Light & easy enough to hold the different gym loadout with easeAfter 2 years of varying use, my shoulder strap pad is tearing, the top red lining is splitting from the gray insulation of the main compartment (from the overpacking I mentioned) but it still works well. I’m basically shopping for other bags because I don’t like how it split, so I’d prefer a different material.TL,DR: This is probably the best bag you can get for the price for a bunch of different styles of training in the gym. I’m a big “best bang for the buck guy” & this under $40 (at time of posting) bag lasted 2 years, multiple states, plenty of hotel gyms, various gyms & commuter/“I carry my gym bag with me in the gym” use. Can’t beat it if you don’t want to break the bank
5.0 out of 5 stars Very good product
Lots of room and very good bag had it for 2 years and now the top started to rip at the stiches.
5.0 out of 5 stars No complaints
Sturdy, good zippers, lots of compartments, even a dry bag. Great, especially for the money
5.0 out of 5 stars Good bag
Good bag lots of separate spacesFits size 10 shoes no problemHave 2 sets of work out clothes / 2 changed for after in interior sectionWet section at bottom could be bigger but it worksToiletries pouch needs to be larger it barely fits my toothbrush face wash and lotion travel bottlesBut having it all in one and around $30 with quality zippers and hopefully sewing (we will see) makes it a 5
5.0 out of 5 stars Good value
First impressions - nice textured outer layer; sturdy, well-lined, many compartments appear to be water-resistant, including the outer pockets. Due to its contruction, it feels heavy, but I think it will be durable. Intended for use carrying golf clothing, but would also be appropriate as airline carry-on. I think it's a good value for the price, but time will tell.
Love it! Just wish the water bottle pockets were deeper
I love this gym bag. I’m so picky with how so like to organize my gym bag and this checks all the boxes. It has a lot of sensible pockets so things aren’t getting lost in the depth of the bag, it’s narrow enough to easily fit in a locker, and tall enough to fit my Theragun travel case.My only critique is the water bottle pockets — they just aren’t deep enough. I carry a 32oz bottle and it fits, but because the pockets don’t accommodate a tall bottle well it can fall out. I solve this by looping the shoulder strap through the strap on the lid of my water bottle, but you should have to do that.
