5.0 out of 5 stars Comfortable and soft
Bought this as a gift for my pregnant wife and it changed her sleep quality immediately. I enjoy to use it for naps as well when she isn't using it.
5.0 out of 5 stars TLDR I sleep better now
History:I have a lot of back pain and for years, I've been using a long body pillow. I stuffed it between my legs, but ended up sleeping like a starfish and it killed my back. While it was comfortable, I always woke up feeling broken. I have lower back pain and I usually take pain pills every day. Some days, I would have trouble even getting out of bed.So I bought this pillow with hope!I didn't like it at first. I'm not pregnant, I'm just chubby. I like stuffing something under my belly for support.I did not like using it as a pillow for my head. It was awful. How I use this:I'm a side sleeper and I flip over a lotI fold the top of one end of the C and hug it/ It's a little too much to hug, but it's worth it (especially if you have a ton of bed space. I share the bed with my husband and with my 3/4 of the bed, the pillow still wants to fall off the bed when I'm facing the edge.. Then I sandwich whatever feels comfortable between my legs. Sometimes it's twisted and the bottom of the C points out and sometimes it's straight and the tip of the C pokes my butt.I sleep much better, I don't wake up with pain like I used to. I no longer sleep in a way that causes my pain (that's the only way I used to be ABLE to sleep) Now I can sleep comfortably AND not have as much pain.Honestly, when this pillow craps out, I'll replace it with a similar one.My only problem is that the middle of the pillow is too thin
5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect!
I've gone through several body pillows since my mastectomy (to keep me off my front). This one is the best so far. Not so bulky that it pushes my husband to the side, but substantial enough to keep me properly aligned, supported and cozy. My old u-shaped pillow was frustrating because the sides kept rolling off the side of the bed. This c-shape stays put. AND I love the long zipper along the side, which makes it so much easier to remove the cover when it's laundry day. Very happy with this pillow! :)
4.0 out of 5 stars Good pillow!
I loved this pregnancy pillow at first, it was amazing and worked exactly the way I needed it to. However over my pregnancy I did feel like it started to wear out and was forming to my head, which made the stuffing push away and stopped supporting my head. But overall it is a good product and worked amazingly for most of my pregnancy. It never made me too hot or cold, the zipper never bothered me and I did sleep very well with it for the most part. Definitely a good product for what I payed.
5.0 out of 5 stars You don't have to be pregnant to love.
I have trouble sleeping, but this pillow allows me to position my neck and legs comfortably. I've tried other pregnancy pillows, but this one is better because the material is super soft, doesn't pile, and is easy to clean. I highly recommend it.
5.0 out of 5 stars It does it's job
My bestie is pregnant for the first time and this baby is kicking her tail. She has not had a good night sleep since she got pregnant and she only has two months to go. Her words were she loves the pillow, she's comfortable, and she gets sleep. So if you are pregnant or if you just need something to cuddle up with, get this pillow. It comes shrink wrapped in a bag, it was not heavy, it fluffed up right away, and it came on time. I'm not pregnant but I am single, so I'm thinking about getting one for myself.
3.0 out of 5 stars Nice size but didn't fit my body well
I'm 5'6" and about 215 lbs (7 mo pregnant). I bought this to try to keep me from rolling onto my back or stomach in my sleep but I can't use it because my neck/head are so uncomfortable. It's super comfy against my back and in between my knees but both ends are so full of stuffing and firm they're way too high up to rest my head on- my neck is at like a 90 degree angle. :(
5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing for Ehler's-Danlos
I really like this pillow! I have Ehler's-Danlos Type 3 AKA Joint Hypermobility Syndrome and have struggled to find a comfortable way to sleep my entire life. Others with this disease recommended a pregnancy pillow and I'm really glad I got it. It helps keep me in place so my joints don't dislocate and helps correct my posture so I feel realigned upon waking. It helps with my shoulder/neck pain which is a result of me not being able to support the weight of my head. It also seems to have helped with hot flashes. I'd really recommend this, it's so soft and heavy and luxurious. It's amazing. (For some reason it shows up in my purchases as rug grips lol)
