I ordered this foundation recently based on other reviews and I really like it. I used Covergirl products a lot in my youth but switched to mineral powder foundation in my 30s (thanks to those persuading infomercials) which I loved at the time (except the price). When I started to develop fine lines around my eyes I found the mineral powder foundation settled into them and made me look older. (I'm now mid 40s). This foundation provides a medium to full coverage (depending on amount used) which I like but still looks natural. It is very creamy, feels light, and does not settle into my fine lines. It doesn't feel like I'm wearing makeup. I ordered two shades, soft honey and classic ivory (based on what was available on Bolo at the time) and blend the two to match my skin tone, which it does perfectly. I saw online that when trying to decide between a lighter or darker foundation to go with the darker one so I figured I could experiment with what works best for me. The classic ivory alone would be too light for my light to medium skin tone. The two blend perfectly with my skin tone and there are no "orange-ish" (aka oompa loompa) tones whatsoever. If you're unsure about the shades, I recommend going to the Covergirl website, the shades displayed there seem to show the true color more than on Bolo. I also like the bottle, how it dispenses the product and being able to see how much is left. I use Covergirl Advanced Radiance pressed powder sparingly to set it. It lasts all day with maybe a light touch up with powder occasionally. It does not leave a makeup residue when using my phone, yet washes off easily. Will continue using this product.UPDATE: 9/17/2014 I just wanted to add to my 5 star review of this product. I just now opened a second bottle of this Covergirl foundation. I purchased my 1st bottle in April and to just now be on my second bottle, I am SO IMPRESSED that the product lasted me that long and I wear makeup every single day. I'm still on my 1st bottle of the darker foundation that I purchased at the same time (I mix with the lighter color). I bought my second bottle at Walmart as it was cheaper, but still what a great buy to have a product that delivers quality and value.

The color was darker than I imagined but that was an error in my judgement. I do like this brand so I kept it and just lightened it up by combining a lighter color. Easy to apply and provides moisture that is much needed on my face. Looks good, wears good with a pleasant smell. Smooth coverage- not sticky on the skin

The media could not be loaded. I loved the packaging, but man, the scent is just amazing. The coverage is great, and you can blend it easily with just a bit of product. I picked the wrong shade, but it ended up working for my sister and mom, and they loved it too. I’ll be buying the correct color for myself.

As I am beginning to age, the classic version I have used of cc foundation for over the past 20yrs has not been suiting the new and *improved* me. I found my previous foundation was drying and caking on my skin and I couldn't get it to blend well at all.I love that this foundation has Olay products mixed into it and it feels so light weight!! I moisturize my skin right out of the shower or before bed and I literally have to use several pin sizes spots on my face. It smoothes, blends and does not look thick or spotty at all! I was worried that my makeup brush was picking too much of it I bur seriously, you literally need so little. I even applied powder concealer but seriously, I felt and looked great without it.This photo is me wearing this foundation for the past 8hrs, on 87* heat and I've been out and about running errands all afternoon with a car with no A/C. (If ya know, ya know.)Lightweight, blends amazingly, and color looked great on my skin.I will be back to order this over and over again.In this line of makeup-- LESS IS MORE. 💋

My previous favorite foundation is no longer made, of course, so I had to find a new one. I wasn't happy about going back to a liquid foundation because I got used to the great coverage of my former solid. I also was confused about this being a tinted sunscreen v. a foundation. But it's almost as good as my previous foundation! Impressive. It is lightweight and I only need a tiny dot for each section of my face. It covers my pores, blends well, and dries to a slightly matte finish. Now, the instructions on the bottle are very confusing because it says to apply liberally every couple hours as if it were a simple sunscreen. I cannot imagine doing that! This is definitely a good-coverage foundation and, like I said, I only need a tiny dot (the head of a pin) to achieve excellent makeup-quality coverage. I'm glad I bought two bottles because I love this stuff and it will last me for a couple years.

This foundation is not for me. It is good quality and feels light to the skin. With my skin.. I need a thicker foundation..just wasn’t enough coverage for me. Doesn’t mean it would be that way for everyone.. just wasn’t for me.
