At first when I received my order the strap is missing. Then I messaged them regarding the missing strap and they responded immediately, which is awesome. And so they replaced it with a new one and I really appreciate it. My son was so happy no need for him to carry it by hand. I highly recommend this product. It’s roomy, great material and looks great.

It's a perfect size for just 2 adults, I don't think it could have the space for more items, water bottles take up so much space. We love it for a day at the beach or a day trip, it's small but perfect for what I want it for. & it's real cute too love it nice quality not a cheapo.

Fits surprisingly lot of food boxes. Material feels decently sturdy. Can’t beat price. Bag is kind of thin and cheap-ish, but great value for money. 2 straps - one regular handle strap and other backpack/over back strap.
