This pan is fantastic. I’ve used it many times now and have zero complaints. I’ve followed the directions on use and cleaning. I was apprehensive due to some of the negative reviews, but I’m so glad I went for it and purchased this pan. I’ll be buying more in some smaller sizes, but this size pan is heavy but not cast iron heavy and nice and large for cooking for a big family. It’s also extremely versatile in use due to the size, lid, and shape. You can use it for about anything! I haven’t had anything stick on this pan, which makes cleaning an absolute breeze! It makes cooking weeknight meals super quick and easy due to the ease of cleanup. I also haven’t had any issues with scratches with following use instructions. So far it’s been worth every penny!

I LOVE this pan! It's deep, it's heavy, it has 2 wooden handles that don't get hot. It has a lid that fits and is high quality. This pan is heavy duty and everything cooks up so easy in it. Its easy to clean too.

I love this company. Haven’t purchased anything from them I did not like. Great quality pan that will not break the bank. Nothing sticks to it, easy to clean, cooks food evenly, etc. Says dishwasher safe but I have had pans say that and get ruined so just sticking to not. Very easy to clean though with no real scrubbing.

I could not be happier with this pan! I scrambled 8 eggs with plenty of room to maneuver without any spill over, and the residue just rinsed off with a spray of water, wow! I did use a little bit of butter, but other pans I've used would have stuck on egg residue and this one definitely did not. It has the capacity to brown 2 lb of meat along with a couple of onions with plenty of room to spare. Great pan to cook full meals for my family of four, including two growth-spurting pre-teens. We have an electric stove with glass cooktop and have had no issues with this pan.Stop looking and buy it :)-----I put in an update to this review that was not posted, not sure why. Recap, I had used this pan daily for maybe a month before the non-stick coating was chipped and started rusting underneath that spot. It was small but I knew it wasn't going to get any better from there, and I was able to return it to Bolo.---Well, in part 3 of the pan saga, I have been on the hunt for a similarly awesome pan since returning this one. Found a very similar one by another brand that seems a bit heavier and may be more sturdy, but too small. This pan is the one to which all others are now compared- I didn't know the extra inch of width and the higher sides were missing until I tried them, but they mean the difference between a great pan sauce soaking into al dente pasta as it thickens... and having food flinging about the stove as you're trying to hustle up a weeknight meal in the chaos that is life.As I have not been able to find one as big, I'm at the point of ordering a second one of these in hopes there's more longevity with it, because I really, really want to love this pan 4life.

Love this pan! It's perfect for a bit bigger meal. Cleans well. Cooks like a cast iron skillet. You just can put it in the oven after. Best purchase for my needs!

I bought the 12.5 Inch Skillet Sauté Pan. Used several times already per manufacture's instructions. Note: This is not oven-safe, I wish it was, the reason for only 4 Stars. In my opinion, I don't think this pan is all that durable, I should have read up on it before purchasing. It appears the pan can easily damages by making minor mistakes, in other words, cooking on eggshells. Below are their instructions from their website.Before first use-Please follow the simple steps below to start your cooking journey-1 - Wash the surface or pot in warm soapy water.2 - Clean & dry the surface.3 - Enjoy cooking with it. :)*No need to season the cookware as we have pre-seasoned it.Cooking-Carote provide exclusive uniform heat conduction-Because of the excellent heat conductivity of your pan, food and oil heat up very rapidly, so always cook on low to medium heat and please only use high heat for searing or browning.-Avoid dry heating-Do not let the pan burn dry without any food, water or oil. It may affect the non stick performance.-We recommend using oil or butter-Appropriate use of oil can well protect the performance of the non stick coating.We recommend olive oil or coconut oil as they are healthier and have a relatively high burn point to ensure stable non stick performance & perfect dishes.-Always give the oil a nice even rub onto the surface-On a diet? These are great non stick pans. I like that these are no rivets on the inside of the pan. Easy to clean. Just have to remember not to put a hot pan in the sink. Instructions say must let it cool first. I will purchase different sizes in the future

also für den Preis, solch eine hochwertige Pfanne ist mir schon ein Rätzel wie das geht.....5 mal benutzt immer noch kein Problem entdeckt. Ich bin total begeistert. Sehr groß mit 32cm Durchmesser. Da passt alles rein. Nix schwappt da aus der Pfanne raus beim umrühren. Und super genial, die Beschichtung. Kein anbrennen und trotzdem sehr gute Hitzeverteilung. Hatte vorher eine exklusive Tefal Jamie Oliver im Einsatz. War ok, aber nach 3 Jahren deutliche Spuren und für Mega Portionen immer noch zu klein. Es ist eine Freude mit dieser Pfanne jetzt zu kochen. Ich nehme grundsätzlich kaum Öl. Trotzdem brennt da nix an. Der Deckel ist auch brauchbar. Da bleibt das Essen lange warm und auch die Wärmeverteilung ist beim kochen ideal. Hoffe die Pfanne hält lange. Sowas brauchbares hatte ich noch nie gehabt. Absolute Empfehlung. Ich rate dazu Silikon Besteck zu verwenden, damit es keine Kratzer gibt.
