I used this costume to dress up as Valak the demon-nun from The Conjuring 2 for Halloween 2022. The costume itself seems well-made, being that it's a less-expensive one. I am female, about 5' 4", 160ish lbs, and I bought the large. I am considered a thick girl. It fit me almost perfectly, however the material that the black habit (the main dress part) is made from does not have any stretch and when I lifted my arms it would pull the rest of the costume up and tug at my shoulders. Also, the little piece that comes out of the front of the white veil cap, and sits on the forehead is a little big, so I had to push the veil back a bit father than I would have liked, just to keep that piece from blocking my vision. Lastly, the top part of the veil does not have any way to attach to the white veil cap, so you have to be mindful of swinging your head around or tipping your head back too far so that it doesn't fall off. None of these are defects of the costume, just some things to keep in mind if you decide to purchase this. Overall I would 100% recommend this as a nun costume to anyone.

It’s hard to find a costume that isn’t insanely poor quality and this one really surprised me. It’s probably not the best you can find but it’s far from the worst. My daughter wears a size xs tall in women’s and I got her a small and it was perfect. We didn’t use the belt. The necklace came apart but I bent it back and it’s staying on the chain now. This is definitely a costume that will last for a while and can take some rough play. It’s looks real too. Super glad I did my research and got this one over the others available.

I purchased an XL, and it was the perfect fit. It was spacious enough for me to breathe. I am 203 lbs and 5'5". I was actually shocked by the quality of the material because it was thick and not sheer or cheap looking compared to other nun outfits. I didn't mind that the belt felt a little flimsy because I appeared to be a real nun. People thought I was a real nun. It was definitely worth the price! 9.5/10 side note: do not wear this outfit in warm weather because you will be showering in your own sweat

I am tall (6 feet) so after reading reviews I sized up to an XL and it fits perfectly (length too). The material is of great quality-usually costumes are thin, crappy (and scratchy) material but this is thicker and soft. Very pleased and looking forward to dressing up for Halloween this year.

It's a good fit. I like it that's it comfortable for the most part. I say most part because the dress collar is a little tight around my neck and the arms is a little sung but I can still fit it without being uncomfortable. I got a 3xl.

The size was a great fit, and the material was of quality and very comfortable to wear. The head gear was a beautiful fit too. This custome design was simply perfect. I ordered a large and so happy I did.

I received the item right on time. I ordered a LRG based on the other reviews. I'm 5'3" at 130 lbs. I was afraid it would be too large but it fit perfectly. The material is softer than typical Halloween costumes, and good quality. I can't wait for Halloween!

This costume is amazingly made out of great material. I am 5 foot 1 and it hits to the floor but with shoes on its perfect....I did go bigger could have sized down but I love the comfort it gives....can't wait to wear it on the 31st.
