I don’t write a lot of reviews, but to those of you out there saying to yourself, man, I really want to give my bathroom that whole Japanese spa vibe, but I really don’t want to spend $75-100 on a tiny little table just to give my bathroom a vibe, and here is this adorable little table on Bolo, which seems totally perfect, and it is only $19-25 (depending on the size you choose... I went for the larger size). But then, what about all those 1-star reviews from all those naysayers complaining that this table is total crap? Friend, let me reassure you... this IS the table you are looking for! It is adorable, high quality, and very, very sturdy. I weigh 165lbs, and it bears my weight just fine if I stand on it. And just think... you can roll up your little white hand towels, and put it next to your bathtub to hold your cucumber water or your glass of wine or whatever, and it WILL give you that whole Japanese spa vibe you are looking for. You do not have to buy the $95 bamboo table from Target. TRUST ME. Get this table!!I know that some of you out there might still be worried, because of all those people complaining that their table was not sturdy enough to hold a small child, or that it didn’t come with instructions and “I don’t read Chinese.” Sorry Karen, the language on the box is Japanese, and there are no instructions because this is the most RIDICULOUSLY EASY and self-explanatory thing that I have ever put together. Are you 5? I’m pretty sure my 7 year old nephew could have figured this out. I am seriously laughing my face off right now at all these people who apparently could not figure out how to put this table together. Seriously, if your table ends up being wobbly, at all, it is just because you don’t know how to properly tighten a screw into a nut. That is it. I am not kidding. If you are confident that you know how to tighten a screw into a nut, you will be fine. You may need to grab a pair of pliers to hold the nut in place while you tighten the screws really tight, using the Allen wrench that they provide for you.If you are so rich and privileged that you can’t tell the difference between Chinese and Japanese, and you need other people to use a can opener for you and pump your gas, then go ahead and buy the $95 table from Target. I’m sure it comes with instructions. But just know that anyone who is complaining about this table not being sturdy literally just does not know how to tighten a screw, and that makes me feel very sad for humanity. I cannot believe how many reviews there are saying things like this. I mean, for goodness sakes, they even give you an extra nut in case you you lose one of them in the 5 minutes that it will take you to assemble this very sturdy and beautiful table.So get the table, my competent friend. Roll up your hand towels, pour yourself a glass of wine, slice those cucumbers, and prepare to let all your feelings about the sad state of humanity and all these people who apparently can’t turn a screw drift away as you relax into your beautiful bubble bath with your zen-vibe table in your Japanese spa of a bathroom. First, there are no instructions included... only a picture of a similar item on the outside of the box. I say 'similar' because that picture shows an item with 4 slats on its shelf, and this has only 3 slats (8 slats on top).My initial attempt ended up way out of square - note the level held square against the bottom of one leg, and how far off that plane the bottom of leg on the other end gets. So I loosened all 16 screws a couple turns, stood it up on a flat surface, then held the bottom of the legs flat against the surface while tightening the screws again. The second try worked great, and it sits flat and sturdy. I've tried it during showering, and it works great to put a foot up on while washing or drying. Note the last picture for proper scale (it's smaller than we thought it would be when ordering).

The media could not be loaded. It didn’t come with directions to put it together but was easy to figure out. I thought it would be a bit bigger but it work either way. It is very sturdy and work great as a foot rest under my desk. It’s fairly easy to clean you just need a wet rag.

I got this little stool to put my paper shredder on and the box of the bags that I use in the shredder on the bottom shelf so it fits it’s purpose. I am giving it 3 stars bec when I opened the box, some of the hardware came flying out and I noticed the bag has a hole in it. Instructions were also not inside the box and the outside doesn’t show any assembly info either. It took a few minutes but I figured it out. The last two screws & washers just kept spinning so they aren’t able to the tightened. Again, it’s for a paper shredder that is light and isn’t in a heavy traffic area. It seems sturdy enough even with the box of the trash bags on it. What irritates me is wondering if this was a used and returned item but I paid full price for it. Decided to keep it because of what I needed it for and it wasn’t that much $ to me.

Well made, sturdy, looks ni ce. I use this bedside to support a c-pap machine. Perfect height & size. The table is slightly lower than my bed so it's perfect for what I need it for.

Was intended for a leg prop to shave legs. A 3 year old would be considered too big. This thing is miniature and useless

I got the blue and it’s a nice, rich color. So far I haven’t used in shower but I will. Right now it fits very nicely in the bathroom under the medicine cabinet. A good buy for the money!!!

I bought this stool to go IN my shower. The wood started coming apart after a few months.. It's probably fine outside the shower. But do NOT put this in your shower. It will degrade fast.
