5.0 out of 5 stars First thing that has worked for me
I have had a moody irritated and acne-prine face all my life, and the first time I saw any real positive change from any product (and I have tried proactive, x-out, clearasil cleansers, the NERD skincare, none of those did next to anything) and my face is much calmer after using this for a few months and literally I had people commenting on how much better my skin was doing, and they asked what I had changed. This is really easy to use, had a very light scent that is great for me because I am super sensitive to scents, and works really well. It is also only really drying if you wash your face more than twice a day. However, I have a naturally very oily face, so it might be more drying or other people. Speaking of oil, it does a decent job with lessening that (which is why I bought it on the firstplace), yes my face still gets greasy, but it is noticeably less/takes longer.
5.0 out of 5 stars A New Favorite
I am loving this cleanser. When I lived in Italy in 2011, Garnier sold a cleanser that had green tea that I absolutely adored but seemed to be country-specific, so when I found out the company was releasing a new green tea cleanser, I jumped on it even though I didn't absolutely need a new cleanser at the moment (I was using the Garnier Clean+Invigorating cleanser). This cleanser smells a lot like the Garnier Clean+Invigorating and the cleanser I used in Italy. It has a slightly thinner texture than Garnier's usual cleansers, but it still foams up nicely when massaged into the skin. The dispenser is fairly conservative in what it deals out, which I appreciate--two or three pumps works well for me. It also locks without having to push the dispenser down, which is a small but helpful aspect of the packaging. This cleanser is gentle and effective. It has been a great cleanser to use as I introduce Retin-A into my routine, as Retin-A tends to upset the skin as it works its magic. The cleanser never burns or upsets my skin, even after I was experiencing skin sensitivity due to the Retin-A.I have nothing but good things to say!
5.0 out of 5 stars Really great pore cleanser for sensitive skin
I have very sensitive, very oily skin that is prone to pore congestion. I LOVE this cleanser. It effectively cleanses pores without irritating skin and my skin looks great after using it. It contains salicylic acid, a lipophilic chemical exfoliant. Salicylic acid dissolves in the oil in your pores and gently exfoliates them from the inside out. Most products that advertise as being pore cleansers or are marketed for acne tend to be harsh, irritating and/or drying, this product is none of these. It is even non-irritating to use around my eyes. The scent is also subtle and pleasant. On my second purchase and plan to use this product for a long time to come.
4.0 out of 5 stars I like it a lot
I really like this product. I couldnt find this particular fragrance in store so I ordered on here it arrived in good condition and I used every drip drop. It’s great for my oily skin.
5.0 out of 5 stars Squeaky clean but not too drying
I am constantly on the hunt for a good drugstore cleanser and although Garnier uses some intriguing ingredients I've always found them rather hit or miss (mostly misses) when it comes to skincare. I've been using this cleanser all summer though and it's been working great even on my second bottle which is unusual for me because I love trying new things. For reference I have combination skin with lots of sun damage. This is definitely a take off the day type cleanser especially since I wear sunscreen every single day and I only have to use one squirt on my face unless I wore foundation also. It does have a nice soothing tea scent so even though I like it if you're overall sensitive to fragrance you should check the ingredient list. Leaves me feeling borderline squeaky clean but not so much so that I feel dry and tight. I usually finish with moisturizer either way. I'll be interested to see how drying my skin feels as we head into the colder months.
3.0 out of 5 stars $29.99!!?? Ridiculous price gouge
I guess that i will be trying another cleanser because this went from $9 to $29.99. That is RIDICULOUS for a Garnier product. Now it is one that I’ve been using for years and i don’t stick to any product that long but it really cleans my pores in a gentle/clean way without a lot of toxic ingredients and keeps my oily skin at bay but there are other alternatives.
5.0 out of 5 stars Terrific product!
Garnier facial creams are wonderfully hydrating and smooth on easily!
5.0 out of 5 stars Great
It’s great. I like it
A 99% "natural" ingredient clarifying face scrub
If "natural" ingredients is a big deal to you, this is a good choice.Less scrubbing bits than St Ives exfoliating scrubs. So if you want a more abrasive/exfoliating scrub, go with the St Ives.Because it contains salicylic acid to help with acne, it can be a little drying or harsh compared to a "soap free" cleanser like Spectro, Cerave, Cetaphil, etc. But if you find those cleansers a little too gentle, this is a good pick.
Fresco y ligero
Muy ligero, deja mi cara limpia y suave sin resecarla. He notado disminución de imperfecciones.
Cumple su función limpiadora
En mi piel grasa no me funcionó, limpia pero nada más.
Loved it
I like this product eventhough I only use it for couple of days. I see a good difference on my face using this product. It cleans my face well and I love the smell too.
Refreshing and clean
I like this exfoliator- the one thing that bothers me is the beads don't evaporate. So after I wash my face I still feel the small beads. I was using Neutrogena Hydro Boost exfoliator before and this never happened. BUT this face wash does leave me feeling very fresh and clean with no break outs. Smells nice too.
