Sadly, the product design of this ADVENT calendar, which is the main seller, fun and value of the product, is very sensitive and can get very easily dented. It's a big, thin carton with chocolate inside.Very good packaging when shipped is key. My calendar arrived totally unusable. Recommend buying in a store. Also, Bolo exchange policy is time and money intensive. They charge you in full if you don't drive to a store and exchange and waste your gas and time.

I purchased this advent calendar and when it arrived the box was all bent... some of the doors/windows were already opened so it ruined my son having the satisfaction of opening and seeing his surprise for the day ... the selection of chocolates were very limited...he kept getting the same chocolate. Will not purchase again.

While the chocolates are delicious, as expected from kinder brand, it didn't really seem worth the $24 dollars. The box was beat up, and wouldn't stay together, arrived days after the beginning of December (though that is what was expected, but it took longer than predicted), and there are only like 5 different varieties of the same chocolate flavor (I expected the filled kinder ball, and some nut flavors, but they are all the milk and chocolate flavor or just chocolate).

I purchased 3 of these calendars. All 3 had chocolate missing in multiple places. 2 of the calendars contained trash. Imagine the disappointment when they excitedly opened and found no chocolate. Won't be purchasing these again.
