I saw that Sofia Richie wore this mascara as part of her wedding makeup look, and was immediately sold. I was not disappointed--it's the most effective mascara I've used at fanning out my lashes. One or two coats is perfect, and does not clump. I also have found it to look natural, even though I am blonde and don't wear eyeliner. Lastly, it washes off easily with face wash and water, which is the most important quality for me!

As someone who cannot stand clumpy or unnatural looking lashes, I absolutely LOVE Maybelline's Lash Sensation. The curved silicone brush acts like a comb, coating individual lashes for a striking look that is simultaneously natural looking and clump-free. It really makes my eyes "pop." I own it in Blackest Black for evening and Brown-Black for daytime. I despise waterproof mascara as removing it damages the delicate skin around the eyes...the washable Maybelline Lash Sensation formula never runs, flakes, or fades, and is easily removed with Johnson's baby shampoo diluted with water - a trick my ophthalmologist taught me decades ago. This is my favorite mascara, hands down. If Maybelline made it in plum or burgundy, I would be thrilled!

So pleased with this mascara. I’m 68 and retired living on a small farm so don’t dress up a lot anymore. Wanted something I could use on my unruly thin lashes and this worked beautifully. Went on smooth without clumps and lasted all day without smudges. I will throw away all my other mascaras and this is my go to now. Great price as well!

I can’t go without!
I have been using this mascara for two years now and I can’t ever make a switch. I have very short stubby lashes and this mascara really adds volume and length. It also comes off so easy with makeup remover or warm water. I love mascara that cones around the lashes and does not smear when being removed.
