    Tablets are large and hard to swallow. And non- returnable. Also they are noneffective.

    I have struggled with waking up in the middle of the night for hours for years. I could always fall asleep but then wake up at 230am and fall back asleep right around the time I'd have to get up. I've tried everything, these are the first thing to work. I only take 1, I took 2 the first night and felt like I was a coma so I stick to 1.
