Simply suction to your breast and let the pump do the work for you as it draws your milk using suction. 100% safe for mum, baby and our environment. How to use your breast pump: Sterilise your pump (caps are available online to purchase - caps keep the pump sterile after cleaning) Place top of pump over your nipple - make sure your nipple is in the neck of the pump and comfortable. Apply suction - you may need to adjust a couple of times. Once the pump is secure and comfortable you can squeeze the base of the pump (not interfering with the top/suction) to create some movement. A warm flannel on top of your breast is also a great tip and gently massage the top of your breast. Once milk begins to flow simply leave the pump alone to do its thing. Once the pump becomes full empty into a glass storage bottle and reposition. Also attach in the same way while your child is feeding on your other breast and collect all let down and milk which would other wise be lost into a breast pad. Waking up in the middle of the night or if engorged during the day also attach your pump for relief. Clean after each use. This product can be sterilised with any steam sterilising system or boiling water. No bleach based agents. How to Use Your Haakaa Breast Pump: Sterilise your pump by boiling in water for 3-5 minutes. Place the pump flange over your nipple – make sure your nipple is centred comfortably in the neck of the pump. Apply suction – you may need to adjust the position of your pump a couple of times.

This catches any drops. I would put it on the alternate breast when feeding or pumping. Also can be used manually or to just catch initially down. Easy to use & clean. Also comes with lid to cover. Worth the buy!

I cannot rave about Haakaa products enough. I originally got a Willow Go that was partially covered through insurance and read that it is not great as a primary pump, so I also purchased a Spectra in addition to the Willow Go. Neither one of those pumps collects more milk than my Haakaas. I purchased a Haakaa because it was recommended by the hospital LC when baby was born, then again by our pediatrician. Loved it so much that I ordered another one. I’ve read negative reviews saying the Haakaas can hurt or cause bruising, but that can be avoided when they’re used correctly.

I use this almost every nursing session with myLittle. Since I am an over supplier getting the the larger haakaa was important and I find that I’m not filling it like I was the smaller one. Also love the top it saves me from crying over spilled milk!

This thing helped me so much! I was having an overactive letdown and my daughter was practically drowning, especially with early morning feedings when my supply was greatest. I used this pump while I got her changed and ready to feed and would get between 1 and 3 ounces. When I use it on both sides, it works pretty well, not as strong as my electric pump, but still really well!Only con is that you have to do the flip back method so it’s comfortable. If I just squeeze the pump and place it, it really hurts my skin. Sometimes I also have to squeeze it again to create more suction as my milk flows, but I definitely recommend this pump! Super easy to clean and can be placed in my microwave sterilizer!

I LOVE THIS PRODUCT! I am a first time mom and Breastfeeding has been a little overwhelming. I am big chested with a very heavy let down and a VERY strong flow (I liken mine to a fire hose). I go from nothing to engorged in 1.25 seconds and it makes feeding my little very unpleasant for the 2 of us. Per my lactation consultants suggestion, I now have to pump off at LEAST 2 ounces before I can latch my babe, so I don’t drown her in milk. THE HAAKAA CHANGED MY LIFE! I can now express quickly and on demand without having to find all the extra pieces to make it work. I just suction latch and go! It is quick, efficient, and I can suction one side when she is attached to the other (requires the football hold). In addition, there are no individual parts to clean or keep track of so it is PERFECT for travel. It is very discreet, so I can even use it in public places! Haaka is hit or miss in how much milk I get- I think it depends on the time of day for me and works a lot better if I had had a natural let down. But if you get one- get this one with the lid for sure!

Although this may be an unpopular opinion, I don’t like the Hakkah at all. I don’t understand the hype. If you have small nipples, don’t use it. It hurts so bad and I even folded it out to make it smaller but it still hurts every time I use it. For reference, I’m a 19mm in Medela nipple flanges. I’m an experienced nursing Mama and pumper, so I know how to use related breast products but this is not it. If you want to use it to collect during a letdown, I guess it could be useful. But it’s way too overpriced when you could easily use a cup lol. To suction milk, I’d be aware it’s not comfortable at all.

Fácil de poner, importante poner el pezón bien centrado. Más efectivo de lo que esperaba. A mí no me duele nada como he visto en otros comentarios. Lo he comprado porque es una sola pieza. En un pecho el sacaleches o el bebe y en otro el haakaa. Tardo la mitad de tiempo en recoletar y vaciar ambos pechos
A game changer
I am on my third baby - but the first time using this pump. I love it. I bought it after my old Avent one packed up and I couldn’t rent a hospital grade Medela one like I usually do (not available due to parts shortage). It’s a bit slower than an electric pump, but only marginally. But the pros are massive: it’s so small, no plugs or batteries, it’s completely silent so does not disturb anyone, including the baby, there are no small parts so it’s easy to clean. I love that it can be used for storage and it’s so easy to pour out the milk without losing a drip. It will be a breeze to take on holiday. And if ever I have to travel away from the baby it will be good to use on the plane or train discreetly under a jumper. No more expressing in horrible toilet cubicles. Great value compared to manual / electric pumps and a great product.

Esta excelente para recolectar la leche residual del lado contrario al que uno amamanta. La verdad no me quejo porque tiene una succión impresionante, súper fácil de lavar, tiene buen soporte para que no se caiga etc. Osea excelente material, calidad y todo del haaka. Solo comoComentario y tip: Compré esta versión mas nueva y “cara” porque tenía tapa y pensé que sería mejor, la verdad es que ni la usé porque si tú intención es hacer banco de leche, tienes que almacenar en el refrigerador y en otro recipiente, así que solo tienes que lavar de inmediato y dejar limpio para la siguiente toma. Otro tip: me parece mejor la versión anterior por el tamaño: esta versión es mucho más grande y bromosa y mi bebé lo agarraba o pateaba sin querer y si bien la succión es buena, si se estresa uno en que no te vayan a tumbar . La versión anterior tiene un tamaño más pequeño y es más discreto 😄
It is ONLY 1 product!!
Please don’t order blindly like I did.. this is only 1 product, the wording makes it seem like you get 2 for £20+ which would make sense as others as selling for £12.99 for 1 but essentially you are paying £8 for a lid that doesn’t seem worth it at all.The product itself is fine I just feel very cheated off my money
