Yes, these are relatively flimsy, but the price for 2 was under $13. I got them to hold 2 posters of our family tree to display at my son's rehearsal dinner and wedding so the younger generation could see how they are related. These easels will be perfect to hold the weight of 2 posters mounted on foam board.Yes, the inside seems rusty or is coated with a rust colored paint for protection, but still the price is perfect.

I ordered the two pack to display large pictures at my daughter's wedding reception. They came quickly and were extremely easy to assemble. I liked that they came in a storage pouch. However, when fully assembled, they were quite wobbly. I could possibly get by with that, but the insides of the poles are rusty, and rust dust gets all over my hands when I disassemble them. In contrast, the Bolo Basics easel, very similar, seems sturdier.

I bought the 2 pack easels to display 24x20 photo canvases at our son's wedding. The easel is lightweight, easy to assemble and each ease packs up into a small pouch. The easel is sturdy and has holders that are adjustable - a huge plus to select the desirable height for the display. The simple straightforward design does not distract from the display. I also plan to use it in business meetings to hold flip charts. The carry pouches makes it easy to transport. Because it is lightweight, it won't hold up outside in windy conditions.

We needed a couple of stands for a memorial service. These worked perfectly for a 16"w x 20"L photos on backing. The stand comes together very quickly--it's almost fun. It has a very inobstrusive look--compared to many of the other stands that look like camera tripods, etc. I would only recommend, however, for something lightweight. It would probably not be suitable for someone actively painting. The height of where you can put the photo is adjustable.
Sturdy and Compact!
I'm using this to hold enlarged pictures and sitting chart for my wedding. The easels are sturdy and the quality is very good. Once you take it out from the bags and hold the tip up. the easel will unfold itself for you.The nice thing about this easel is that you can decide how high to set the hooks to put your display on there.Good price for it's quality and it's convenience.

I love these! I got them as a framed art display for my table at the local farmers’ market. They’re perfect! Hold them by the top and the elastic springs them instantly into standing position. The supports move independently to where you need them. And they fit neatly into carrying bags.
