Well seems to help with bloating, I only take a pill with my heaviest meal. Since I am not a big fan of breakfast or lunch. The only thing I do not like that the pill is the size of multivitamin. I have gotten used to it and is easy to swallow. It seems to of helped especially around my cycle when bloating is worse. I definitely reorder another bottle. I will be taking the pills when I travel. That’s when it will be highly needed.

I am always very hesitant on items like this to help with the bloating. However, I decided to give this one a try and it was worth it. I take it after every dinner and it works great. There's no aftertaste with the pill after I take it. Easy to swallow capsule.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this product hoping to help with a detox, which it did help but unfortunately it upset my stomach and GI tract something awful.I didn't know if it was a fluke situation and I really had high hopes for the product so I did try it again on 3 separate occasions but unfortunately I can't withstand the stomach upset anymore.Seems like a really nice product but unfortunately I couldn't stomach it.

I starting using this once or twice a day for about 7-10 days. I started spotting at that point and immediately knew something was off because I never spot. I realized this pill is the only new thing I started doing so I decided to look it up. The description here doesn’t say anything, but sure enough the full website has a warning that it may interfere with oral contraceptives. I immediately threw mine out because a little bloating is better than the alternative for me in my life at this current moment. Hopefully I caught it in time, but let this be a warning to anyone else taking these who relies on birth control pills.For those of you who are looking for a review for the product itself, I found that it was good, but honestly I noticed more that it acted almost like a laxative and less like a debloater. Just my personal experience but I knew I couldn’t take it if I was going to be somewhere without easy access to a bathroom
