I am not a professional painter.. Skeptical on purchasing these brushes but ordered them anyway because of the cheap price. Surprisingly, these brushes performed way above my expectations. For me, it's at par with those expensive paint brushes that I have used. Bristles are soft and smooth and perfect for cutting edges and easy to clean up. Will definitely purchase again.

Well worth the cost! As diy guy at home and a handyman in the field. This set of brushes is a great deal for the handy person or the professionals alike. These brushes compete with big box store name brushes at a fraction of the cost. The Pros: 1.Good, long, strong, solid wooden handle smooth to the touch. 2. Ferrule is made of some type of polished metal, it's stamped Pro Grade on it. I can't tell which metal it is, whether it's tin, or stainless steel? the better the metal the more rust resistant it is and it contributes to the brushes longevity. 3. The spacer in-between the brushes acts as a reservoir, this brush only has one, view my pic, some brushes have two spacers but this increases the cost. 4. The brush has two hardened nails that attach the handle to the ferrule on either side. 5 The bristles are synthetic filament, smooth and thick possibly glued to the inner spacer which aids in keeping the bristles in place. 6. The toe isn't tapered but the bristles are sufficient and lay down a nice even coat. The cons: none, zilch? I find absolutely nothing wrong with the set that I received. The handles are well attached to the ferrule and the bristles aren't falling off even though I pulled on them. Overall these brushes perform well for trim work and at this time I do recommend them. If anything changes I will update my review accordingly. 4 stars all the way! Possibly 5 time will tell.

Received today and my old brush was just starting to give out. Ha! I tried one of the new brushes and it's nice to have a brush that will follow my hand movements when painting fine line walls, baseboards & door jams. I will definitely purchase these again when I need more. Cheaper than my local store and I was shocked that they are actually nice and workable! Just make sure when you are done cleaning to wash them out by using Luke warm and then hot water.. you can't go wrong with these. So far no rust which is nice but... I did dry the one I used really good and set it in the window on a paper towel so the sun would finish drying it. Worth the $ even though I thought they would be cheaply made, they're not cheaply made. Really nice brushes... Quick quick quick shipping too!

Used it to paint my fence. It feels like to was well made. It didn’t do as well as another one I purchased long ago but the price of this set was less than twice the amount for just one. Good for stain holding and great when cleaning off. It washes off the stains easily with water.

Used these to paint the entire exterior of my house. I have cedar clapboard siding. Very rough surface and these held up very well. Am using them on the inside of the house now. Great price for some excellent brushes. Keep the brush full of paint while painting and wash them well when done they will last.

Great brushes. Kept in the fridge for 4 weeks and still washed clean. Bristles do shed after a few uses but great deal for the price
