    These have a very suikilar texture to soba noodles only perhaps a little more chewy.They don’t have any weird aftertaste and lack a TON of fiber per serving so make it really easy for me as a vegan to get enough protein in my day when I eat them.They’re good in cold noodle salads as well as warm dishes. I’d suggest you have a creamier sauce to cover them in if you’re eating them hot bc they don’t really hold sauce well otherwise.Sometimes I just sautée some garlic in olive oil and throw them into the pan with some salt and pepper and eat them like that with a side veggie. Quick and easy meals and good macros = worth the money.Try them!
