Doctor warned ME to keep my carbs down so I switched to brown rice and wanted an alternative to the ramien noodles I've enjoyed since my youth. After tons of research, I found this product with great carb numbers but of course I was weary of what it might taste like, based on past experiences.My concerns were completely unfounded. They have great texture, taste fine, take only 3 minutes to prepare and works with plenty of seasons, ingredients and food partners. I can't be happier. I got it only a day ago and I've already tried 3 different meals, excluding a 4th for my partner and she likes them too.Heathy noodles that save time to preparate and tastes good, too.. How often does that happen?RECOMMEND!

I have tried various substitutes for pasta and while sea tangle does pretty well for Asian foods (with lots of presoaking in salted lemon water), it doesn't cut it for a bowl of actual pasta. This stuff is wonderful. It tastes fairly bland so make sure to salt your boiling water propertly. Way higher in protein and fiber, way lower in carbs. ONE ingredient and that's organic. I've topped it makings as time-consuming as ratatouille and as simple as porcini olive oil with a little parmesan. Also good with a bit of chili crisp and some stir=fried veggies. You name it. It cooks quickly. Great for gluten-sensitive folks; I'm not one of them.And here's my favorite part: This stuff really slurps up the cooking water, so where 2 ounces of dried fettuccine would come out to about a cup, 2 ounces of this is easily 2 cups, maybe more. You feel like you're getting a huge portion of pasta for the calories of a small regular bowl. Highly recommend. Yes, it's more money (but remember you get twice the volume of pasta) but your health is worth it.

If you're going into this thinking this is going to replace pasta, don't. Would I rather be eating pasta? Absolutely. However, I'm currently training for a half marathon, trying to lose weight, and need to get my protein + fiber up. The beauty of this is you can still eat "pasta" with all the amazing added benefits. 44g of protein? 19g of Fiber? Sold.Texture and taste is surprisingly good considering it's edamame. Highly recommend trying it

Hubby and I both really liked these fettuccine noodles! They cook so fast and weren’t sticky like wheat pasta.Very good flavor, will definitely buy again.

Slight correction to my review. I was very skeptical when I ordered this. I've eaten edamame but I've also eaten vegetable pastas that have strong unpleasant tastes. This pasta is a little pricey but it's very nutritious. It's pretty much taste free and takes on the taste of the sauce or other food it's mixed with. I mostly mix it with a little cottage cheese or pasta sauce. It Cooks in 3 minutes when added to boiling water so it's great for a quick nutritious meal or as a side dish. Edamame is the only ingredient. I prefer the Fettuccine shape to the Spaghetti shape because it is a little larger and has more chew. Don't hesitate. Give it a try.

I’m really enjoying the Edamame Spaghetti. I have been a Vegan for a year now and find the taste and texture appealing. The high grams of protein in every serving keeps me full and satisfied until the next meal. So glad I found this product!
