I'm in a wheelchair and I've had trouble losing weight for years until a friend of mine recommended the keto, her family did it and they both lost weight diets have always been a problem for me because generally it's recommended to do a lot of exercise by the keto diet exercise is helpful, but you can still lose weight, apparently because I lost 50 pounds and like two months. However, recently I had to have some dental work done and they shakes the meal shakes are allowing me to stick to the diet for the most part I pick this particular brand because it had the most reviews that said the taste was, not chalky, and the reviews are correct. Taste is not chalky. However, I have discovered that while the taste is not chalky. Personally make mine with milk as I've always been a fan of creamier drinks for me that the no one didn't taste bad or chalky. However, I don't think it has enough of the vanilla flavor. It's more like its flavor-less at least to me. Somebody else may not have that problem. However, I couldn't really taste a vanilla flavor so even though it's not strictly keto I added a handful strawberries to it in the blender and that was excellent. It was like a strawberry milkshake. I also ordered the chocolate flavor as well. I think it is excellent. I personally even though it may not be strict keto. I also ordered the sugar-free peanut butter powder from better body foods and I had a few skip to that the chocolate and it's like drinking a liquid receipt Without the sugar or too many calories. I think the keto meal shake is excellent

Great flavor. I am not up for shakes in the morning, but this one is actually pretty good. If you are on Keto this is a good option. Husband likes it. Vanilla flavor, perfect!

I could wish the net carbs were slightly less, but 6g net is not "bad." This blend has a nicer balance of fat vs protein than most protein or nutrition mixes (this has more fat in the ratio). As with many mixes like this, my only holdback from 5 stars is that they do not mix well except in hot water. The fats and proteins just love to clump. In a blended smoothie, this would not matter.

The vanilla flavor is delicious. Very easy to mix in cold water using a protein shaker. Not gritty at all!I sometimes use this as a meal replacement either in the morning or at night if I have a craving. Holds me off for at least a few hours before getting hungry.

It does its job in that I dont feel hungry after having some, its filling and gives energy. but the taste is not good, at all. I could barely get through it when I just used water. But using a premade vanilla Muscle Milk shake does let me get through it way easier. If you buy this thats what I would recommend doing.

I love this protein supplement and even my husband got into using it all the time I used it for my breakfast meals and not hungry until dinner time. I use strawberries and my husband uses bananas. I am on a Keto diet he just eats whatever. I just keep buying and buying it. It's fantastic.

Two scoops, some milk, add a hint of MCT oil (optional), and some berries for flavor and you’ve got yourself the key to ketosis. (Make a shake twice a day for best results, and don’t skip a day!)I say that from experience… years of experience.While most people use the keto diet for weight loss, I use it for brain health. Long story short, I have an undiagnosed metabolic disorder which causes seizures if I am not in ketosis. (High fat, low carbs and sugar)Albeit, those seizures only happen if I have too much carbs/sugar… which is never, but most often they’d happen cause of my body growing (puberty).The weird truth. I’m no doctor, and my grammar may not be the best, but if you’re a parent reading this I highly recommend trying it for you or your child, IF you’ve experienced or are experiencing similar issues and still have not found an answer.Note: this product is natural… there are no side effects if your body truly needs this, but you have to stick with it if you want to see benefits.Stay healthy. :)
