The excellent Boots Botanics "Hydration Burst" line, formulated specifically for dehydrated skin, was discontinued a few years back. This line, also from the UK, is a good replacement: it's a gel creme, not terribly heavy, and is fragrance-free. This is best for someone who needs a lightweight formula; I've not tried it under foundation, and would recommend waiting 5 minutes before applying it over a serum, as I have occasionally had some pilling when I've been impatient.Still, if your budget is a bit lean these days but you still want a vegan and fragrance-free face creme, this will do the trick without making you feel you've traded down.

This came with a cvs tag... I expected this to not be a resale item as CVS items are only to be sold at CVS.Independently, The product is great, leaves the face hydrated and not oily!
