This vitamin is worth it. I can definitely tell a difference since starting. Definitely more energy less lethargic. I will repurchase. Pills aren't very large making swallowing easy, strong smell but that's okay.

It’s hard to find a multi vitamin that has methyl folic acid and methyl B-12. It’s the only folic and B-12 I can take that works on my DNA. I love that it’s 3rd party tested. It’s my favorite brand. It does taste earthy but I take it with my premier chocolate protein shake and it takes the taste away. You can’t find a better brand.

I like this vitamin, I take one in the morning and its effective to provides energy for the day until 1PM. On a busy day I will take another one at noon. This vitamin it’s effective I can definitely feel the difference on days when I take it. It’s a tab that is easy to swallow.

I use many life extension supplements. I was looking for a high-dose multivitamin and like the amounts listed on the bottle. However I am older and maybe that's why these are a little rough on my stomach. I take only one per day because they make me feel nauseated unless I take them in the middle of a substantial meal. I would recommend them for their quality and ingredients.

I went back on these after a long absence . I was deathly ill last year and I’m trying to build Myself back up from the inside out. Been on them for a few weeks and I’ve noticed more energy! When I shower I don’t see clumps of hair anymore! Few strands yes, but the clumps were stressing me out. It does seem like it’s also looking healthier and some shininess. My skin looks better, so we shall see how this continues! One thing I don’t like is the smell of the pill. I swallow it quickly. It does have a slight after taste but goes away when washed down with something. Like I said, I’ve been on this for a few weeks now.

it is a genetic defect so it is nice to get these. There are other companies that make them like Thorne, but I like this mix of other vitamins and minerals.

Good value, high-dose multivitamin in tablet form
After I did a comprehensive spreadsheet review of many multivitamins around the whole world, these offer a full and complete range of all minerals and vitamins at an optimal dose and an affordable price. Unfortunately, I have found I really can't stomach swallowing tablets and discovered I need to go back to capsules, so can't buy them any more for this reason. But for those who don't mind tablets, they're a great choice.
