I've tried many things & was very skeptical - I LOVE them! Occasionally, I will get a hard pimple under the skin that quickly builds uncomfortable pressure - I could never just leave it alone a week with medicine on it & end up causing a scar. Now, I put these on - I leave it alone, can put makeup over it well enough during the day & it keeps it from getting worse & draws out all the junk. Some need more than one application but it's well worth it and much faster & not irritating unlike than anything else I've used. Reliable adhesion as well. Stays on overnight - no issues.

I've tried quite a few pimple patches and this one is a pretty good one. Really good value on these and they work pretty well. There's no weird smell like you get with some patches and they go off and on easy. The ingredients seem to be pretty on par with similar acne patches.

These really work well. Blemishes quickly disappear after use. Removal can be iffy as some pull the skin when taking them off, but a little water does the trick. Would buy again.

I have chronic hormonal acne that has not gone away with years of both OTC treatments & prescription medication and was introduced to pimple patches a year ago as a method of dealing with the worst of it. I've been using different brands each time (and sharing them with my housemate) and bought this one because I thought the name was funny. But actually, out of the 6 brands I've tried, this is THE BEST.The packaging is great. The dots come on perforated paper (split down the middle of each row) so they are easy to remove from the plastic without creasing. The plastic sheets are not a bunch of tiny perforated squares but rather long strips that stay attached when you only take off one dot, so you are not dealing with throwing out a billion little slivers of plastic each time you use any.The bag comes with multiple sheets each in their own smaller packet that are easy to open, then the bag itself has a resealing zipper so the open packet stays fresh.The size of the dots is good, not too big and not too small.The dots are very good at staying put and I've even had them stay on just fine if I apply moisturizer or sunscreen on the surrounding skin and it accidentally gets on it. They've survived being out in the rain. I could get them to stay on places with beard/body hair even and they wouldn't yank it out when I removed them.The amount of gunk they soak up is great. If you have a particularly nasty refilling cyst/pimple, you do need to remember to remove it within a few hours or it has the chance of getting really mushy (and turning to goo when you try to peal it off), but this is expected behavior and better than 2 of the brands I tried that would only soak up to a certain point and then whatever formed past that would build up in/on the skin again.They are not completely invisible (no hydrocolloid patch is) but they are a lot less noticeable than most other brands. The only other one that did better was tinted tan to match the skin but only looked OK on certain skin tones (worked better on me than my tanner housemate), so I think untinted like these is the way to go.I don't know what CICA is but compared to patches that say they only contain tea tree oil, these handle inflamation way better. The skin is flatter and barely (if at all) red by the time I remove the patch. I tend to get really nasty deep pimples that refill repeatedly, but these patches have like a 90% success rate on preventing them from refilling because they deal with the inflamation that's causing it.Price wise, these are middle of the road (at least for the big 100+ packs), but it's better when they're on sale. Worth it regardless.TL;DR best pimple patches, highly recommend

The patch works ok, not as fast as the other patches have used from other brands , I was drawn to it cos of all the good reviews and the fact that it has tea tree oil in it. I’m dark skinned so my skin can handle a good amount chemicals or harsh product which I tend not to be too cruel to my skin anywaysBut this patches leaves a burn behind, it’s really frustrating, dark skin and burns are not friendly , it’s takes a really long time to fade out, so I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong or something in this patch doesn’t agree with my skin which is quite strange cos I do a weekly mild chemical peel just to keep my skin bright and keep blemish at bay … but this leaves dark spot behind and even the pimple is not completely healed after like 2-3 days of use , I change them out of course!So that’s my experience…

These pimple patches work amazingly! They are easy to put on, stay on all day (and night) and then are easy to remove when they're ready. I love how they are clear so there's only a slight change in skin color, making it easy to wear them in public. There's also two sizes in this bag, making it easy to use a bigger or smaller size depending on the size of your pimple or zit. I also really like that since they are see-though you are able to see when they're ready to be taken off. I have oily skin and these stay on super well!

Nonostante alcune recensioni le ho prese per la mia ragazza per il prezzo e quantità. Funzionano, e pure bene.No, non mi hanno dato dei soldi( però li accetterei se dovessero offrirmeli per questa recensione, giusto così che la prossima volta li ricompro con una motivazione in più).La mia ragazza ha la pelle oliosa, non si staccano e fanno il loro lavoro. Non lasciano buchi o cicatrici. Probabilmente per quelli a cui non funziona hanno beccato il pacchetto uscito male o non sanno applicarli(per quando si parla di ferite etc). Succede anche con articoli molto più costosi, ma per 10 euro prima di criticare, prendentene un altro. O siete veramente sfigati o non so cosa nel beccare una seconda volta un pacchetto difettoso.
