I've had my V20 since 2017 and have had to buy a few batteries in the time since then. Some brands have lasted a year or more, one brand had a long battery life but swelled after 9 months. This battery on the other hand was bought less than 2 months ago and already looses charge quite fast. I lost 5% every hour or two, not even touching the phone. I got a new battery from a different company, and it's still at 100% after 2 hours off the charger, and will last for 4 days with little usage or 2 days with moderate usage. I would be lucky to make it through the day with minimal usage with this DDONG battery

My LG V20 phone was not lasting through the workday even without being used much. I decided to try a new battery.The battery didn't improve things much, so I did a factory restore on the phone. Now it lasts all day with moderate use. I put the original battery back in, and it got even better. Phone runs Android 8, and I suspect that some newer apps don't play well with this older system.A few days ago I was plugging my phone in to charge and noticed the replacement battery was very swollen. Note this battery was sitting inside the house, so it was not exposed to any extreme temperatures. When I saw its condition though, I set it outside in case it blew or caught fire. It's been outside over a week without any issue. Too fat to fit in the phone anymore though. :)
