I have 2 teenage boys who are picky and not big eaters in the morning. We have tried so many drinks as a way to get in some quick calories before school and this is the first drink they both like. Here is their exact feedback 'It tastes like chocolate milk but a little thicker'. 'This one isn't gross like all the others', 'It's really good but don't drink 2 at once because that's too much'While they prefer drinking it cold, both have had at room temperature (yuck!) and say it's fine. This is not the cheapest drink out there but one that never gets thrown away so with it.

Hands down these are the best!! Either the 26 or 42’a are great in any flavor!!!! They taste good and don’t have a nasty smell or bad after taste.They’re easy to open, easy to drink as they’re not super thick or thin, and gives you the energy you need to keep going. Shake well to mix them up before you drink and are good to go! Keep them cold!!

I always make my own protein shakes after a workout, these are only for my mornings when I go to work and am too lazy to eat something, I just drink this on the drive to work. 26g protein for 170 calories is great.As for the taste, you can tell the milk quality is excellent, really get a good milk taste as it is the first ingredient on the list (filtered low fat grade a milk).The chocolate taste is okay and similar to dark chocolate but not as great as the milk flavor imo. Its similar to chocolate milk but not as good (obviously because chocolate milk has a lot of sweet/sugar stuff added). People who like dark chocolate will probably like this flavor, I'm more of a milk chocolate kinda guy.Its not too sweet and there's no lingering aftertaste which I like. No clumps either. It doesn't upset my stomach either especially considering I only had this and worked an entire days work without any issues.Overall pretty decent product, kinda pricey. I'll probably try out other flavors and see if I like them better or not.
