5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect!
I’ve been looking for something like this for a long while now. Perfect for organizing my yarn! Easy installation, looks clean, material came a little dented but you couldn’t tell once put together, no missing parts, fits perfectly in my room, not too sturdy if you make it tall and skinny, holds a lot of things! Overall, worth the price.
5.0 out of 5 stars Exactly what I was expecting and needed
The quality is as expected and it works perfectly for what I needed it for. I store my yarn for all of my crocheting project on this shelf and it’s great. I don’t think I’d use it for anything too heavy though. It was also very easy to put together
4.0 out of 5 stars Good Lightweight casual storage
This shelf unit looked like it would work for the job we needed it to do. Needed a lightweight shelf to fit in a small closet in a small travel trailer. It only weighs about 10 lbs and fits perfectly in the space it needed to fit, holds towels and other not so heavy items easily. Seems to work out great, very happy with the purchase! Now, about the assembly... not difficult to understand at all. However, I had to assemble it IN the closet because it wouldn’t fit through the framework assembled. It may have been easier and quicker if it was put together on a hard floor with plenty of room to maneuver, but that wasn’t an option. Took me about an hour. The instructions were simple to follow, beginning with “count all your pieces before you start.” Which I did. All accounted for. What I didn’t do was INSPECT every piece. If you are concerned with the appearance of the shelf unit- if it’s in a prominent place instead of in a closet, DO inspect every piece. Several of the “powder coated” grids were not completely covered and some were a bit rusty. Rustoleum spray paint fixed it for me. Many had chips in the paint. Again, spray paint. But, as I said, mine is in a closet and simply for organizing closet stuff. When I began assembling, I found that the little wooden mallet they included was very handy for tapping the first plastic corner joiner thingamabob onto the wire grid. And then I began to tap the second aforementioned item and the cute little wooden mallet handle simply busted in half. I’m a little tiny female sr citizen, and although I (think I) am invincible I don’t have the strength of Thor and that cute little wooden mallet must have been made of balsa wood, it certainly wasn’t a sturdy pine much less an iron hammer forged by mythical creatures to serve a worthy master, and it didn’t last past two plastic whachamacallits. A pair of pliers and a real hammer are needed for assembly. Once assembled, the unit seems sturdy and the cubes sufficient to hold more than with what I am burdening them. It sits squarely on the floor of the closet with no wiggles and does not fall over or lean to one side. I put it together two cubes wide and three tall instead of the 3,2,1 configuration shown in the item description. Works for what I needed, and assembly was pretty straightforward in spite of having to assemble it in the tight confines of the closet.
5.0 out of 5 stars Awesome shelving
These wire shelves are perfect for my teens room. He loves them. Just the right size and we went to Hobby Lobby and picked up some glass/plexiglass 12x12 sheets to put inside them. Pretty sturdy once put together. Easy assembly
5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect shoe rack!
Honestly maybe I'm bad at counting but I think we ended up with an extra cube so Intead of 6, we have 7😅 but either way this was perfect! I remember having the rainbow heavy duty big ones as a kid and mom used them for YEARS so I already knew how to build these and what I wanted to do. Super sturdy and it fit perfectly where I wanted it. Got great storage space for his shoes and my shoes plus at the bottom we have our dogs food and water bowls and she is able to get them just fine (small breed)😅 and at the top we have a little place to put toss away things when we get home like his hat😅. It looks great, had shown up just in time and it's worth every penny✨-lina
5.0 out of 5 stars great for what I needed
The instructions suggested 2 people assemble, however, I did it by myself. It took a while, but it was assembled. The only drawback was that the wooden hammer that came with it, it kept dethatching while hammering the parts into place. I would suggest gluing the handle to the head before beginning using it. I love it and it's perfect for what I needed!!
5.0 out of 5 stars Super easy to put together
As a blanket crafter I have so many big skeins of yarn, they were taking over my house. I found these cubes to be an excellent help in getting them organized and neat. I actually bought 2 sets because I have found them a great organizing tool for my closet top most shelf as well. Highly recommend.
3.0 out of 5 stars Bought these as a Vending Artist, and I don't like them
Surveying the scene of small artist vendors at conventions, storage units like these are often used to display artwork, and as an artist preparing for my first convention, I wanted to get my own. These might be great for personal home storage (granted, is the intended use), they're easy to put together, and being able to customize is a huge plus. The panels are all slightly warped, making it hard to get them snuggly into the connectors. Taking everything out of the box, the coating on the panels came off everywhere and there were lots of chips and dents in them. The grid-like pattern is too large to have a nice layout of displayed work. If you're looking for a low-budget furniture item, sure. If you're looking for something as an artist or something that'll work in your home, I would NOT recommend. I will be returning this product.
Cube shelves
Just bought these for my craft show coming up. I think they will be great to display my amigurumi plushies in.

Practical Yet Imperfect: My Experience with C&AHOME Wire Cube Storage
In the diverse world of jewelry making, 3D design, and metalworking, organization is key. My quest for a versatile storage solution led me to the C&AHOME Wire Cube Storage system. With its promise of a 9-cube organizer that's stackable, modular, and seemingly ideal for a variety of uses, I was intrigued by the potential it held for my studio. My experience, however, has been a mix of satisfaction and frustration. On the positive side, the modular design of the C&AHOME storage system is its greatest asset. The ability to configure the cubes in multiple ways has been beneficial in adapting the setup to fit the evolving needs of my workspace. Whether for storing tools, materials, or showcasing finished pieces, the flexibility is appreciated. The metal construction also adds a level of durability, which is essential in a workshop environment where the equipment and storage are put to the test daily. However, the assembly process was more challenging than anticipated. While I appreciate DIY projects, the instructions were not as clear as they could have been, leading to some trial and error. Once assembled, the cubes were functional but revealed limitations in stability when stacked in taller configurations. For heavy tools or materials, this raised concerns about safety and the risk of collapse, prompting me to rethink how and where to use them effectively. The aesthetic of the wire cubes is minimalist and fits well with the industrial vibe of my studio, but it lacks the refinement I prefer for displaying finished jewelry pieces or high-end materials. This relegated the system to a more utilitarian role, slightly disappointing given my hopes for a dual-purpose solution that would also enhance the studio's appearance.Storage capacity within each cube is ample for smaller items but becomes problematic for larger tools or bulk materials. The open wire design, while facilitating visibility and access, does not protect contents from dust—a significant consideration in a workshop where cleanliness affects the quality of delicate work like jewelry making and laser engraving. In conclusion, the C&AHOME Wire Cube Storage system offers a decent level of practicality for organizing various aspects of my business, from raw materials to tools. Its modularity and durability are high points, but its stability, assembly difficulty, and aesthetic limitations prevent it from being the all-encompassing solution I had hoped for. It's a moderate investment for those with patience for setup and a clear plan for its use, especially in environments where lightweight storage is sufficient. For the heavy-duty demands of a professional studio, it might not be the best standalone option.
