I usually made bread on my counter top. What a mess with all the flour and the dough stuck to the counter top. I wish I had found this sooner! I love how it stays in place while I am kneading bread. If I am rolling out dough for cookies it doesn't move. The measurements on the baking mat are an extra bonus! Cleaning is a breeze! I just wipe off with a damp cloth! WONDERFUL!

My mom uses one of these mats for kneading bread and I liked it so went looking for my own! This one is thinner than hers and I was concerned about durability, but it's great. I've been using it for rolling out and cutting crackers, pastry, kneading bread and anything else. It cleans with a damp dish rag, rolls up easily and just pops in the drawer! So great!

I first bought this mat 3 years ago. It was a little thicker in that iteration which is the reason it held up for as long as it did. I recently bought this new edition. I still like it but at what appears to be about half the thickness of the first one, I know it won't last as long.
