I had always heard a silk pillowcase was better for your hair. I have naturally baby fine curly wavy hair and I live in a very humid area. I would wake up and look like a cross between Bozo's momma and Einstein. My hair would look like I put my finger in the light socket. I got the satin pillowcases and YES MY HAIR LOOKS BETTER IN THE MORNING!! I am only sorry I didn't get these years ago. My hair said thank you.

I can’t stand shiny fabrics, so I’ve avoided purchasing something like this all my life. But my hair has become very prone to breakage, and the fact that I’m practically bedridden the majority of the time doesn’t help matters at all.I wasn’t sold on the idea that a pillow case could make much of a difference, but I was wrong! My hair is in such better shape now — I’m so amazed!!! (I still HATE the shininess, but hey, ya gotta do what you gotta do.)It’s been holding up well in the washer & dryer so far, and if it starts falling apart in the future, it’s not like it costs a fortune to replace.Oh, I thought I’d also add that I expected it to be a lot slipperier. I’m pleasantly surprised that it doesn’t skate across the bed like I expected it to. It’s obviously slicker than a regular pillow case, but it’s totally manageable.

Everyone has been on me for awhile to try silk pillowcases due to my hair type (we get super greasy, super fast and color treated) and while this doesn't eliminate that issue it has helped! My hair/head is now not pulling on itself when I roll over during the night so there is visibly less damage as well and I'm able to use less dry shampoo and style my hair longer in between washes.Only gave 4/5 stars because it is a tad large so sometimes the pillow starts to squish out, but overall a great pillowcase set for a great cost!

I got one of these silk pillowcases for my daughter a while back & finally decided to treat myself to one on prime day. I thought it was only one but I was pleased to find out it came in a pack of 2. So soft & such a pretty color. I washed mine right away & I went to bed with wet hair & I swear my hair looked better than it usually does after sleeping. I genuinely didn’t believe people that said a silk pillowcase is better for your hair. Now I do.

My hairstylist said there was significant breakage happening at the back of my head, and asked questions like "do you use scrunchies and not hair ties" and "what kind of pillowcase do you use" in an effort to find the root cause of it. I decided to switch to satin pillowcases ASAP in case it was the issue and found these for a very decent price. They are indeed made of polyester, but they are much kinder on my hair and face compared to cotton. I've had them for over a year now, and my hairstylist says the breakage is almost completely gone now, potentially due to this switch. I've started to transition to higher-quality silk pillowcases because I like the feel of them much better, but these were good for what I needed at the time.

Love these so much that this is the second time I’ve purchased them! First pair lasted several years and multiple moves before starting to pill and wear out. I washed them every week too so I’d say they hold up especially for the price. Wanted to switch colors and size so I replaced recently and the second set is just as good as the first! Other reviews are right in that they’re a little rough to the touch when you first get them but they soften up fast after the first wash.

I love these satin pillow cases! They're so soft and smooth. I have sensitive skin and I don't wake up with irritated skin anymore. Added bonus is I also don't wake up with my long fine hair in a tangled rats nest anymore either. If you prefer a cooler pillow at night these are great for that too. I highly recommend them, and at this price you can't go wrong.

Just received these pillow cases. Gave them there first wash before using and honestly they are a much better quality already than previous ones we have purchased from Marshall's, TJ Maxx, etc. They are thicker and more luxurious feeling! The silver-gray color is rich looking and pairs well with my decor. Can't wait to use them tonight!
Such a great price for decadence
These pillowcases are quite impressive for the price. I actually thought there was only one for that price so I bought 2 for what I thought would be a pair, but turned out to he 2 pairs! I just threw them in a regular wash and they came out fine, so durable as well. Definitely recommend.
Buena relación calidad precio
Llevo una semana usándolas y sí veo un cambio en mi cabello, ya no despierta enredadísimo. Además son muy frescas, no esperaba eso y me puso contento. Las costuras se ven sencillas pero no las veo de mala calidad. También me gustó que venían en un empaque muy lindo, no se veían como un producto genérico. Compraré más.
