5.0 out of 5 stars The BEST dog toy!
The media could not be loaded. The only con I have with this toy is that it won't suction to the wood floor, so we had to suction it to the sliding glass door. Once our puppy is bigger, I'm not sure that will be the safest spot for it, so we'll have to see if it will suction somewhere else in the house. For now, the kitchen is his area and this works. The positive though, the suction power is great! Just pulling on it, it stays. When needing to break the suction, it comes of easily. Our pup is really into chewing and pulling on everything. This toy does a great job of filling that need. He wears himself out playing with it.The ball feels like it will be durable enough to last. He chews and yanks on the tether itself, and that part is durable as well! This toy is definitely a 10/10!
1.0 out of 5 stars DISAPPOINTING
It looked nice enough. The suction cup absolutely would not work. I even stood on it, nothing. Also, I had the idea that the ball was on some type of elastic cording that would bounce back and forth when the dog let go. No so. Even though it was nice cording, there was no stretching. We decided quickly to return for credit. I was annoyed with myself for not reading reviews before I purchased like I normally do.
3.0 out of 5 stars Not for strong tuggers
This was great for a 2 month old lab puppy but by the time she was 3 months old the suction cup couldn’t hold up to the strength of her pulling. We’ve tried it on all types of surfaces too. She still loves carrying it around and chewing on it but it didn’t provide the entertainment we hoped for for very long.
2.0 out of 5 stars Junk, won't stick to the floor
This thing is junk. We have clean hardwood floors and it won't stick at all. Tried getting it wet, still won't stick. Tried our bamboo floor, won't stick. Tried the plank linoleum and engineered hardwood floor, won't stick. 4 different floors and it's all the same result. My dog already started chewing on it though so I can't return it. Don't waste your money!
4.0 out of 5 stars Fun
This is a good option if you have a dog who enjoyed a good game of tug that can sometimes go on for hours and wears you out. My 2 dogs have a go with it a few times a day. They have a good time tugging and growling and chasing and rolling around with it. Being able to add kibble or treats into it makes it all the more appealing to them and provides them with rewarding stimulation when no humans are available to entertain them. My dogs will play with it for around 10 minutes and then are ready to have a nice nap. Would be a good item to provide stimulation and entertainment on break time for the busy protector pup who stays home to make sure everything is under control while their pawrent(s) have to go out to make treat and toy money or the anxious pup who needs a little something to occupy their mind and makes it easier on them when their pawrent has to go on an outing that isn’t pup friendly, or for the pup with seemingly endless energy who’s pawrents have played fetch and tug until their arms are jello and they need a moment to relax and pull themselves together and regain use of their arms. I would have given a 5 star review if the company had thought and added a couple of the clear plastic stickers to be included in package along with the toy to ensure that you are able to achieve the maximum possible connection and for the best grip of the suction cup for those of us who have porous or textured flooring(ie hardwood, textured vinyl, cement tiles). I had to purchase these separately before I was able to properly use this item. I think any items that have a suction cup should come with one or more of the clear plastic stickers for convenience of use.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great! But …
This toy is amazing. The only downside is that I have a Cane Corso who destroys every toy she plays with! I would recommend this toy to anyone with a small dog or a dog with a less powerful bite force. My sister recommended me this because she knows how much my Cane Corso loves to tug, but I forgot that my dog is much bigger than her Australian Healer and my dogs bite force just rips this toy off wherever it’s stuck to (I would have it stuck on the side of the tub or window) so she wouldn’t play with it once she realized she’s too strong for it.Other than that, I do recommend this to anyone with a dog who maybe weighs less than 60lbs. It’s a great way to release energy, small treats fit inside too!
1.0 out of 5 stars Very poorly made!
Fell apart after 30 seconds. The rope is not secured properly. Suction cup only works on floors that are even. If you have any design in your tiles it won't stick. Waste of money!
5.0 out of 5 stars Blue Heeler Approved
This is my dog’s favorite ball. Disclaimer: the suction cup doesn’t work well. I ended up cutting the ball from it and it’s the only ball my dog wants now. It’s soft and great for throwing inside without breaking anything or being loud. He likes to chew it but the way that it’s made allows for that without eating it into pieces. I bought a second one to have on hand because he loves it so much. Good for aggressive chewers or the ball obsessed pups.
Awful product & cannot contact seller
Terrible purchase!Item received will NOT suction to any surface, we’ve tried many! We’ve tried all different surfaces and suction lasts only 1-2 seconds. Our dog loves the ball but can’t play with it. I’ve tried contacting through Bolo app and it will not work. Hopefully they will contact me after this review is read. I’m hoping for a replacement as I believe we got a lemon.Product appears to be a good quality for chewing. Will update if seller contacts us
Dog loves it
Suction not that great but my dog still loves dragging around the house
Suction will take a few tries to find a good spot
Mine did not stay stuck as well I'd like it to but it stuck for a bit and I didn't use my foot to push it down like the instruction said, so I'm sure it will be better when I get it right. For the most part it held up to my little monster. A 20lb beagle/dachshund mix, and those breeds can be rather ferocious and very powerful with their tug of warring so I was impressed enough. My dogs did give up on it and start to stare at me to get the treats out because the rubber is kind of stiff, but that's part of the "challenge" right? They're too spoiled by the treat ball that just drops pieces randomly with no work but rolling it. This is a sturdy buy. I recommend it.
No suction which defeats the purpose
Suction power is non existent literally , I don’t know why they wouldn’t use a better material for suction . Because it wouldn’t stick to the floor my dog ending up chewing the suction part . Waste of money .
Suction cup won’t last
This product unfortunately didn’t meet my expectations! It lasted ONE day and the suction cup was already damaged enough to not be able to attach it to any surface.Very disappointed. My dog that is only 15 weeks old, was enjoying the toy until she bit the suction cup and that was it for her. Poor quality rubber and construction. I’ll definitely would like a refund
