    I need to strengthen my grip to improve my disc golf throws. I tried several different products before setting on this one. It was worked out very well. The egg-shape works much better for me than round balls. The egg shape allows me to get good resistance on all fingers and my thumb.

    it will definitely help your strength back on your hand. it also feels soft and cool. it helps soothing your fever on your hand if you have similar symptom like me as well. i tried multiple products at the same time but this was the best.the only reason why im giving it 4 stars because its kinda very mildly sticky and collects dust on its surface if you drop.but still recommended.

    These are perfect for me. I love to crochet and use these in between longer crochet sessions to keep my hands from cramping up. That said, I have smaller hands, and while I ordered the XL-sized massage eggs, they just fit my hands.

    Fun colors! These are a little small for my hands - just slightly bigger would be helpful. I'm a female with 7 3/4" from the top of my wrist to the tip of my middle finger - so a little larger, fatter ball would give better exercise. But the density of these is good - firm, yet yielding to pressure - so for a smaller hand, these would work well.

    Soft to touch, unlike most other grip strengtheners that are available which was essential for sensitive scar tissue following a recent finger injury. These strong eggs have helped my rehabilitation and I have got my strength back in my hand.
