5.0 out of 5 stars Great quality for the price, does a good job of hiding cable that is still accessible
I'm using this in my garage for a total of 13 cables run throughout the house and terminating into the garage. While they're nowhere near the quality of the Chatsworth cable managers I've worked with in large server racks, the cost and quality are a perfect match for my purposes. For ease of access to install and removal of the covers, I mounted these with about a half-inch clearance from the ceiling. It would've looked cleaner if it were flush to the ceiling, but it makes it very challenging to remove the covers if you ever have to open the channel again. In any case, I had no issues with 9 Cat 6 cables and I should be able to add 4-5 more but that's about it; any more and it will take some better cable organization and wrapping to close the cover.
5.0 out of 5 stars Well made, no issues
Really happy with this, I was able to easily for 6x cat6 into the raceway and I'd say you could probably get 8 in there before it was cramped.
4.0 out of 5 stars Worked for my application. Finish is clean and smooth. Ends frequently not square.
The finish is great! Ends are frequently not square and perpendicular. They are also not grooved to be cut in the same place in whole pieces. Did not use the tape or screws included, used pocket screws with a much wider and smoother head.
5.0 out of 5 stars Open Slot Wiring Raceway Cable Duct, 123in
Used on my shed Solar project. Keeps my wires neat and safe. Very nice product and I highly recommend it for even my computer desk. Great price too.
5.0 out of 5 stars 10 feet of raceway in a box. Clean look for the electronics bay. Easy to cut and use.
I got this for tidying up the electronics bay on my 3D printers and other projects. I have used about 10% of it so far so I have plenty left for future use. The adhesive is good and I have not had any issues with the raceways coming loose. The covers work better on long pieces I originally had a short piece but I realized later that I could extend it. (which keeps the cover in place a little better. These are easy to cut. I didn't put a lot of effort into cutting them cleanly, I used a wire cutter and cut through it and then cleaned up the ends. (I could have done a better job with different tools)Now my electronics bay is cleaner and easier to look at. I find it easier to work on in some ways as well since I can follow the wires and things are not tangled up.
3.0 out of 5 stars Inaccurate Cuts
The product itself is good. However, the process used to cut the product into sections for convenient shipping doesn't take into consideration the channel structure. Some of the channel ends needed to be trimmed / squared up for proper alignment. Also, the cover plating cuts were very rough and needed to be sanded to allow for proper fit and improved appearance.
5.0 out of 5 stars Neater basement wiring.
Used this to contain what had become a spaghetti mass of ethernet cables along my basement ceiling. Screwed to ceiling joists, it manages the job nicely.
5.0 out of 5 stars Easy to assemble
Worked as it should appearance is 100 better than just wires.
Flexible,
Works well
