I used these to secure a large door on my shed. One goes into the top header and one down into the concrete. These are nice heavy metal and sturdy, not flimsy. Very nice quality finish. I don't expect that they will rust or tarnish although I've had them for only a short time. Would definitely buy these again, in fact I did buy them again and it turns out I didn't need them for this project but I'm keeping them because I know I'll use them when the need arises.

I had a set of barrel bolts on my shed door. Removed those and in 10 minutes installed these. Night and Day and these are the best. No more messing with trying to get the barrel bolt aligned. My doors which use to have lots of wiggle room are nice and snug with these. WORTH every penny.

Great secondary "Security Lock" for Patio Door
Used this spring latch on my home patio door.....secured to the upper portion of sliding glass door. Drilled a hole into header frame above. Ten minutes of tool time. Works pretty awesome as a back-up lock to patio door security bar.Great quality of product.
Heavy duty
I used these for attaching steps to my camping trailer. A simple twist and these latch securely and detach quickly. Sturdy construction.
