Everything about the product this time rates a 5-Star review! Werther's makes very high quality caramels-my favorites are the 'Chewy' and 'Soft and Chewy' varieties. The caramels arrived on time and well-packaged. The candies, individually wrapped, were fresh, rich, flavorful -with just the right 'chewiness' - not too hard, not too soft -hard to put down! I haven't always been happy with my Werther's orders thru Bolo sellers -a couple of orders have arrived in torn and faded packages, with the candies all stuck together, and stale! This time, however, all was as it should be.

I love these chewy caramels, they taste great but can't find them in the stores. The only ones in the stores are sugar free or the soft caramels, but I prefer the chewy kind.
