I got these for my desk at the office since I was noticing that my wrist were hurting during the day. I decided to get these when they were on sale and they are a great investment. The inside conform to your wrist well and I have had less issues with my wrist since using these at the office

They work fine...for a while. I find the material on these rests collapses pretty easily and it's like resting your wrists on a flat pillow. They have sprung back when not in use, but if you're a power user or someone who spends the workday on the computer the way I do, then I would recommend you try something else. I will be replacing these, so the low price is false economy.

Foam is too soft. Flattens under your wrist in less than 1 minute
I've had this for a week now and it was apparent during the first minute of use that the foam used is not firm enough. I have skinny wrists so the weight applied to the foam is minimal. I would only recommend buying these for children under 45kg / 100 lb.
