First the product actually arrived on time which seems to be a huge problem with Bolo prime lately.however the proc\duct seem exactly what I needed. the flavor is good with a little after taste but not bad. I will use for the need 90 days to find out if it replaces the product I was using.

I began taking glucosamine thirty years ago when the ring finger of my left hand began locking up. The doctor said to come back when it was so bad that I would like surgical relief. I am willing to credit the fact that it is sticking less now than it was then to the glucoasamine and chondroiting supplements. Two years ago I tried the gummies. I like the taste of them. They have worked as well as the tablets or capsules that I used before so I keep reordering them.

I worked hard getting rid of the placebo effect and did some serious testing . I woke up the other night with a very sore right knee, one that had been replaced in 2001. Not only was the knee sore but it was painful for me to stand on. I asked my wife to bring me some gummies for the pain. In two hours the pain was gone. For my bucks, this is a decent product. I will order it again as soon as I type this review. I experienced no side effects like diarrhea. I am 86 years old and USED to have an extremely high IQ! (since gone for the most part). Iam a retired principal.
