I've had the SteelSeries Arctis 7 for about 3 years, so overtime the headband had gotten looser and the velcro strap had lost its grip as well. Searched around for a while and found this band that seemed like the right choice for me.Right off the bat, it doesn't look like a knock off at all! The materials seem quite nice and I personally like this all black color for it, gives the overall headphones a sort of stealth look. The catch though, is that this headband is quite noticeably shorter than the original one, about 1.5-2 inches shorter! I have a slightly smaller than average head size so the fit was a bit snug at first. So I just remove the headband and stretched it out for a bit, nothing too harsh because I didn't want to risk tearing it. After a few seconds or maybe a minute of stretching it, I placed it back on the headphones and the fit is perfect right now!

It fit, it works and my headphones don't slide off my head.Cons: Not adjustable, the velcro is a small square on the band, the original had a longer velcro patch so you can adjust it. This is one size fits all, if you got a big melon, you'll have to stretch it out a bit.

Love it, I’ve had my arctis 7x for over a year and they are working great but the strap got worn out, this is a great replacement and even has the SteelSeries logo. Can’t beat it for 10$

SteelSeries wants to charge an arm and a leg for these straps along with a 3 week shipping time only when they are actually in stock. If you need a replacement strap this will undoubtedly be your best option. The quality is almost exactly the same, the strap stretches just like the original, velcro holds a strong bond, fits the Arctis 7 with no problems, and really for the price and availability this is unmatched.

I looked for a replacement band for a while and took a chance on this. I can't comment on durability as I've only had it for a short time. But it seems comparable to the original band on my headset. It's not an exact match but close enough. Does what I want it to, replace a used and stretched headband.

When the headband wore out on my Arctis 7, this replacement was fine. It's been about 10 months, and the elastic has stretched out too much and needs to be replaced. They are cheaper than the originals (half the cost), with shipping factored in, but last perhaps half the time of the originals, I'm afraid.
