The product it very pretty and very solid. My problem is the spigot does not rest between the scroll work but on the scroll work leaving a small gap underneath the front of the container. It still looks fine but my concern is, what will the ongoing pressure to the spigot do once the container is in full use? Will it hold up or start fracturing the surrounding glass? We shall see. Other then that, I am very satisfied.

Everything looks beautiful except one of the chains for the sign is missing. However, the company responded they are mailing the replacement asap.

We had an issue with the product that was initially sent to us. There were a couple small missing parts. We notified the seller and they shipped a whole new product at no cost to us. They bent over backwards to ensure that we were happy with both the product and their service.As for the product, we are very happy with it and have recommended it to other family members. They, too, purchased it and a quite pleased.

Used at wedding work perfectly. Holds good amount of beverage and dispenses really well.Would recommend buying if you host parties or events.

What the heck? I deliberately purchased a more expensive unit and I’m so disappointed.The base is lovely but it is 1/2 inch half shorter on one side and uneven. I’m returning it ... it’s too bad but it’s not worth $80 if it doesn’t work

These glass canisters are absolutely beautiful. Prettiest ones available on Bolo by far.Only trouble is, we couldn’t get the spigots on secure enough, and one of the canisters was completely malfunctioned; i had to transfer all the lemonade into another standard glass pitcher.

This is wonderful for a large crowd. It is nice to have a shelf to place it on and also to have the signs to write on. The metal nozzles are a huge plus too.
