5.0 out of 5 stars Good to have extras on hand
I bought the 3-pack. Installation was easy. I used an anvil pruner to cut to the length I needed. The shower looks like new.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great product Great Price
This product was exactly what I wanted. It works very well to keep water from running under my shower door. Very pleased with the product and extremely fast shipping!
4.0 out of 5 stars Value for money
So far seems to work well.
5.0 out of 5 stars Easy to Use
This is my second order, and I bought the three pack to have at least one on hand. Be aware that these don’t last forever, and the low price offsets the need to replace them. I would estimate maybe a year durability. Also, since few doors are going to be thirty-six inches, a good sharp pair of snippers will cut them to size. Use a utility knife to cut off any burrs. Pull off the old one and clean off any calcium deposits. I found it a bit hard to slide on dry, but dampening the door first helps.
5.0 out of 5 stars Fits & works well
I read a few reviews that state this does not fit their shower door; too loose or too tight. I measured my frameless glass shower door with micrometers which showed .375" (3/8). I ordered the 3/8" pieces & they fit perfectly after I removed the grunge left by the old one. I expect this to last a long time, especially since these are twice as long as my shower door & I was able to cut it in half.
5.0 out of 5 stars good value
I like this inexpensive 3-pack. With regular shower use these sweeps get really scummy and break down regularly. 2 tips for the DIYers. once you cut it down to the proper length, if your shower door configuration has a vertical glass seal strip on the stationary side, cut out a little notch on the sweep so the strip meets the outer part of the gutter. The door then closes properly. Also, the sweep is a nice tight fit, so you may want to use a plastic or rubber mallet to gently tap it into place.
3.0 out of 5 stars Very Snug. Needed a Hammer.
The fit for my 3/8-inch shower door was too tight to snap it on. After sliding it a few inches, I had to hammer the rest. It took several minutes of hammering. I also used a small hack saw to cut it. Overall, the installation was not as easy as the sellers implied.
