I have eaten this for years, and for some reason, CVS, Stop n Shop, and some other stores stopped stocking it, so I went somewhere else or bought it online, 14G dietary fiber, and does not look or taste like gerbil food. I combine it with some other cereals, often, and often fruit, including Wyman's frozen blueberries.

The cereal is normally very good and packages are sealed appropriately. This time every box was sealed, but the plastic that holds the cereal was split open. I am going to order again and can only hope this doesn't happen again.
