I Love Nuts! BUT, since I am trying to lose weight, they have too many calories (points on WW) for such a small amount that often it isn't worth me eating them. HOWEVER, these KETO Roasted Black Soybeans are a great nut substitute. They are lightly salted and crunchy without a lot of fat. On Weight Watchers, 1/4 cup of most nuts would be 5 points. But, these are 2 points for 1/4 cup! Sometimes, I can even be satisfied with 1/8 cup for only 1 point! My order came with 3 5oz bags for $14.99. That's about $5 per bag. Most nuts cost more. If you want a lower calorie/fat "nutty" type snack, I suggest giving thes a try.

These are unexpectedly delicious. I was looking for a nice crunchy salty low carb snack and decided to take a chance on these. So glad I did! They are crunchy and nutty, earthy and slightly...creamy? Also, they aren't hard just nicely crunchy, so for people who normally wouldn't able to eat, like, corn nuts, I would equate these to peanuts, but just a little more airy. It's a bummer they are 5 bucks a bag but honestly, you don't eat a ton in one sitting (there are about 5 servings per bag) and I understand what it would take to make these. Super different and nutrient dense, I highly recommend them!

These black soy beans are excellent. Love the flavor and texture. Crunchy but not rock hard, very easy to chew. Salted just right. The quantity is a bit small for the price. I would recommend this product to family and friends.

On Keto...new to it....and I don't snack much regularly but love crunchy stuff....nuts, etc....must admit I can really overdo on the nuts....so I thought why not try these....OMG....fantastic and healthy ....taste fine.....lots of fresh crunch.....I'm going to buy all the time....unfortunately with my budget they are highly priced.....but these and roasted sesame seaweed are my new to go to snacks as I just eat two Keto meals a day.....hope the price goes down or some good discounts are offered....that'll be a win win!
