I purchased 4 of these for family. We have so many big events happening, new baby, weddings, graduations, etc.. now we can all share photos. We live in different states, so this made it so easy to send photos to grandparents who are not so tech savvy. Very simple to use, once you get code, you can exchange photos so easily. Different settings allow for shuffle mode or pictures in order of time. I prefer shuffle. You can also add videos! Great value for the price! Would definitely recommend!

We bought 3! These are great, we bought one for my brothers family my mom and our home and we love sending pictures to eachother when we are on adventures or just being goofy. We love it because the kids notice before we do, that we have new pictures. It has great resolution the frame is a good size, and the touch screen to be able to control the frame is a great option.

This product works perfectly, it’s easy to setup, easy to upload pictures to via the app, and has great memory and picture quality… very impressive! What I am even more impressed by is the customer service. My family recently moved and somehow managed to lose the leg stand in the shuffle. I reached out to customer support and they were very understanding and willing to ship me a new leg stand that reached me in 3 days at no cost. They even included a spare leg stand in case we lost it again, very thoughtful. If we ever need to replace this product, we will certainly buy from Akimart again!

I couldn’t love this 32 GB Frameo digital frame more! This is the first one I’ve bought for myself, even though I’ve gifted a few to others, and I’m so glad I did. The setup was ridiculously easy—I didn’t even look at the directions! I just downloaded the app and started uploading pictures right away.You can upload photos straight from your camera roll, or if you’re like me and live in Google Photos, you can upload directly from there too—it couldn’t be easier. You can also upload videos *with sound*!If you’re thinking about getting a digital frame, this one’s a no-brainer. Super easy to use, great features, and the perfect way to display all your favorite memories. Highly recommend!

This Frameo digital frame replaced an ancient Brookstone model that I have used for 20 years. That one was only 640x480 resolution, but this new one is 1280x800. (I had to figure this out for myself, it's not detailed in the printed user manual that is otherwise very useful). I re-scale me frame images to the precise resolution of the frame, so it would be helpful if the native resolution had been noted in the user manual.The normal resolution for displays in this category of "HD" is 1280x720, so the frame must be set to not vertically stretch photos to fill the frame. If not set properly, circles will appear as ovals. It would be better to have the default set to maintain the proper aspect ratio of each image. The frame has a setting to determine how the surrounding area of a non-stretched photo will appear. The choices include black as well as a color that suits the overall tone of each photo.The setup process to send images via phone was simple and fast. I sent a sample photo from my phone and it appeared in the frame in just a few seconds.I then connected the frame to my computer via USB so I could transfer my screensaver folders. I copied my screensaver folders into a top level older named DCIM as noted in the user manual. I was pleased that the multi-Gb transfer moved very quickly. But then my disappointment began.Turns out that although the frame has 32G of memory, ALL of the photos to be viewed must be stored in the single top level folder DCIM. I have thousands of photos in my collection, separated into folders based on people, places, events, etc. My ancient Brookstone frame could display all the photos in all subfolders, or from only one subfolder. This new Frameo frame can hold images in subfolders, but they can't be viewed unless moved into the main image folder using a USB connection to a computer. To me, having 32G of photos in one huge folder is a very poor design choice.Also, although the frame supports an external SD card, the frame cannot display images directly from the card. The image files must be transferred from the SD into internal memory. My old Brookstone supported image display directly from everal types of external memory, including SD and USB sticks. So having a few USB sticks with images for specific occasions was a simple and low cost solution. But with the Frameo, manual transfer of external images is required every time they are used.I know enough about small computers and programming to appreciate how little effort it would take to design the frame to use subfolders and or external memory. I contacted the company and received a prompt response explaining that subfolders are not available but would be a useful update. I doubt it will happen, but maybe one day a firmware update will provide what I consider to be a basic feature for a 32GB digital photo frame.Otherwise, it's a nice frame considering the low cost. But with a few tweaks it could be much better.

We have purchased 3 of these frames and cannot get enough! They work with or without wifi so you can “airdrop” pics through the app if you have wifi or you can use a port to upload pictures. The color is AMAZING! The frame can also play videos (WITH SOUND)! We have gifted many of these and they are SOOO easy to use! Set up is single and pictures upload in seconds.

Wow love it. Bought 2. My aunt uses hers easily. The interface is great and it holds more pictures than most families will upload. No need to shop any further. Very fast, well made, easy to use and it tells you who sent pictures (you have to invite people so security is good.) and you can react to pictures with two touches on the screen.

This is the second frame we got for my parents and it is not a great as the first one. You cannot tell which pictures you send unless you go through history. If you do not pay to subscribe, you can only send 10 pictures at a time. Sending a video is a nice feature. I would look for a different one the next time I would like to purchase one.
Perfect Gift for Parents
Very easy to set up. With the free Frameo app, it took me about 30 minutes to load 400+ pictures for my parents. The pictures display in nice resolution and proper ratio, and my mom is able to upload pictures herself after a short demo. They are really happy with this frame.
So user friendly.
Purchased this for both of our parents, once set up it's so user friendly! We added each sibling, and eventually even grandchildren to contribute. Photos can be sent from anywhere, the parents adore getting new images. Some support video but be aware the audio on videos can be jarring in a quiet room! The only problem we have is getting one Nana to actually leave it turned on so we can add photos.

We got this today to set up for a Christmas gift and we love it!The frame came securely packaged, in a box that was supported inside with foam and cardboard. The frame was not sliding around and soft foam protected the edges and screen.The price is fantastic and had a coupon as well.The frame looks user friendly. My mom is in her 70s but she uses tablets and a smart phone so I think she can work the screen herself if she needs to adjust a photo. Only needed a very light touch to swipe the photos or call up menu. The photos run on their own, but you can tap the screen to adjust or react, fit screen, etc. Now I want one too.I have only added myself as a friend so far, but the frame immediately received my photos. The Frameo app has been simple so far. I'm still checking out if I can adjust more on my end when I send photos, like fill screen etc, but it is also easy for my mom to do.Can't wait til Christmas now so she can open it! If I encounter any issues like some reviewers have listed, I will update this review.
Easy to set up and operate
I have wanted something like this for a few years now and I decided to just buy myself a birthday gift. I don't have a lot of space for more photos of my grandkids and this works so well. So happy with the quality of the photos uploaded and ease to use it. I don't know why I wanted so long. I enjoy sitting back and watch the photos change.
