I recently tried the Chung Jung One O'Food Organic Glass Noodles, and I'm thrilled to share my thoughts on this versatile product. Being a huge fan of stir-fries, I've experimented with various noodles, and these sweet potato glass noodles stand out for several reasons.Firstly, their authentic Korean flavor is spot-on! They have a subtle sweetness that pairs exceptionally well with the savory elements of a stir-fry. I love incorporating a mix of colorful veggies; these noodles hold their texture and integrity beautifully amidst the stir-fry process. What I appreciate the most about them is their versatility. They are not limited to Korean dishes like japchae; I've used them in everything from Thai pad woon sen to simpler vegetable stir-fries. They absorb flavors wonderfully, making every bite delicious. These noodles are a godsend for those with dietary restrictions. They are gluten-free and vegan, making them a perfect pasta alternative for avoiding gluten. Plus, they're free of sodium and sugar, which is excellent for maintaining a balanced diet.Preparation was challenging. They cook in boiling water for just 6 minutes, and you can toss them directly into your dish of choice. This convenience is a huge plus, as my schedule often demands quick, nutritious meals. In conclusion, the Chung Jung One O'Food Organic Glass Noodles are a fantastic choice for anyone who loves cooking and eating Asian cuisine. Whether you're making a hearty soup, a refreshing salad, or a vibrant stir-fry, these noodles will enhance your dish with authentic Korean flair and wholesome goodness. Highly recommended for both their taste and ease of use!

I got the entire box of noodles. These little bags inside are tiny but I’m able to use 2 bags to create a meal to feed our family of 5 hungry people and still get leftovers. They cook super fast in hot water and the texture is a smooth consistency that’s very easy to eat. I like that it’s clean and simple ingredients for noodles too.

These transparent noodles are the ones I have been looking for. They are the same that are served in the restaurant. There are 12 packages in the box and at a good price. I made a stir fry and it tasted great.

Prepared 3 different times, exactly as directed & they still come out like squishy clear rope, that is impossible to bite thru, unless you possibly have a set of razor sharp teeth. Not sure what the problem is with this formula (sweet potato glass noodles). Maybe rubber is the secret ingredient. I love glass noodles & have had wonderful ones from restaurants, but these aren't them. Gave the remainder to two different neighbors & they had the same results...Rubber x 4 attempts! There's hits out there & misses, this one's a clear swing & a miss. I can't recommend this product.

Korean made. Tastes delicious. Quick & easy to cook. Doesn’t make me sick. The review above, I feel is wrong. I checked out the parent company. Sounds like they are Korean & are committed to health. Anyway, I love them!

I wanted to try these noodles because every kind of pasta: pea, lentil, wheat, and egg noodles; all bloat me really bad or just dont taste good. However with the glass noodles, I did like the taste of them (which is whatever sauces or seasonings you use). These noodles absorb a TON of water, I would say 4 times the amount of liquid of regular pasta. My only complaint is how the noodles look when cooked. It is very disturbing and looks like something I will not mention. I would hope that these could be made into different shapes like elbow pasta or penne or something different for their shape due to their disturbing appearance when cooked. However if appearance doesnt bother you, then I would say go for it. I was bloat free from these noodles, so I will likely use them again if I ever crave pasta. Because of the high water content I digest them quickly and need to eat often with them. They are not good at satiety. I probably ate twice as much as I would with normal pasta, but to be bloat free it's worth the trade off. Even though I ate a LOT more, it was way less calories due to how much water the pasta absorbs.Reccommendations: Lots of sauce, Lots of seasonings, Different shapes besides basic spaghetti noodles.
